the staff of the hotel was very enthousastic, they gave information about the environment, about the events in mundaka. Breakfast was every day the same but it was more then enough (muesli, fresh orange juice, a lots of different sorts of bread) it is a noisy hotel in case of a lot of guests and although the room was cleaned every day, it staid a bit filthy |

the location is good. the town and the area is nice. no parking in the hotel, difficult to park and the staff did not help at all. later we realize the hotel has a parking in the town. |

We were sorry we had not booked a longer stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable and the town was charming. |

Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. The hotel is in the centre of Mundaka which has some smashing beaches. A bit tired and scruffy. Our bed had as much give as a pool table (not that i have slept on that many pool tables). |

L'accueil à l'hôtel, la disponibilité du personnel, le confort et la qualité des services, le calme (sauf que ces jours là, il y avait des travaux dans la rue à côté, mais ça c'est une autre histoire...). |

El trato del personal , te sientes como en casa. Bien situado y confortable. Tiene una terraza con muchas plantas en la que te sientes muy a gusto. Me gustaria que tuviesen cocina para cenas. |
