we were lucky to book an nh hotel for a very small amount of money (thanks to booking.com). the location is excellent for a city trip, just a short walk from the cathedral, town hall, shopping mall. the room was very nicely furnished. surprisingly (for an nh hotel), the bathroom was not properly cleaned before we checked in. the view from the room window was not the nicest one (though, at least, it was a silent spot). |

Well located for the catherdral and city centre shops, bars and restaurants. Everything within easy walking distance. Room very clean and comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. |

La ubicación, la limpieza de la habitación y su restaurante La habitación era algo pequeña y estaba cerca del ascensor, con lo que a primera hora de la mañana ya se oían todas las conversaciones de los otros huéspedes. Además, excepto la habitación, que estaba reformada, el resto se ha quedado obsoleto y antiguo. Necesita un cambio. |

La excelente situación en el plano de la ciudad. Relación calidad precio. Necesita una renovación urgente tanto de habitaciones como de zonas comunes. Internet parece una asignatura pendiente. Tampoco vendría mal algún curso de capacitación al personal, en general son amables pero no parece que estén especialmente volcados en la ayuda al cliente. No es un hotel magnífico pero no es caro y en la ciudad gana con la comparación. |

Es un hotel muy céntrico, justo detrás de la catedral. Andando se puede llegar a todo lo "visitable". Además, tiene una buena oferta de ocio si no se quiere salir del hotel: casino, restaurante y pub. Yo ya he estado en otras ocasiones y probablemente repetiré. Te ofrecen, como en los hoteles ingleses, un hervidor de agua con cafés e infusiones; es un buen detalle. No tiene parking propio, tienen plazas disponibles en uno, pero muy pocas y exageradamente estrechas; además, éste pertenece a una comunidad de propietarios particular, por lo que se encuentra a unas calles andando del hotel y hay que salir a la calle. Además, es muy caro, y si te vas, no te "reservan" la plaza, por lo que puedes volver y que esté lleno. Por otra parte, la taza del WC, el fondo, estaba sucio, pero suciedad de hace mucho tiempo... |

La céntrica situación, la oferta gastronómica, la amplia habitación, eltener un casino tan a mano. En la cafetería la barra había algunas tapas (no todas) que no deberían servirlas pues llevaban cocinadas "algún tiempo" de más (por ejemplo las manitas de cerdo) |
