Location - seemed to be near everywhere although when i travelled it was a holy day on saturday and the shops in the city close on this day- it would have been nice for the reception staff to have a sign or notice explaining this but not a huge deal as i was visiting family. There did not seem to be anyone checking who came in or left the hotel premises which i felt was a bit careless and the parking is a nightmare. I did get parking on the street but i had to be awake and out by 8am everyday or my rental car would be clamped or i could have gotten a ticket. I was not offered parking on checking into the hotel but i was aware there was a very high cost for this facility. |

Staff gave us breakfast early so that we could get to work on time (very early for a Saturday!) This was much appreciated. Thank you. Lunch in restaurant also excellent in every way. |

Convenient situation for city centre and auditorio. Good breakfast. Bedroom carpet not clean, this was quickly put right as there was a cleaner in the corridor who came in and vacuumed it. Parking a little expensive but safer than on the street outside. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast had excellent choice. The bathroom was a bit of a disappointment for such kind of hote, the recent refurbishment was done in poor quality. There was also bad smell from the sewage in the bathroom, the door had to be firmly shut at all times. |

I stayed with my daughter for 3 nights - the rooms was extremely comfortable and well appointed. The cleanliness was of a high standard.We only had breakfast in the hotel - it offered a huge selection of foods to cater for all diets. All in all it was very good and we would certainly stay there again in the future. |

Good location if travelling by car. There are free parking spaces on the road or it is €15 to park under the hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast ok, more choice of cakes than breads and cereals. Smoking is allowed in some hotel rooms so ask for a non smoking room when checking in. |

The special menu served on 25th Dec was excellent there was some noise from another rom caused by late nite tv viewing. We had specifically requested no smoking rooms for ourselves and our friends. one room was ok but in the other there was a smell of smoke and cigarette ash in the bathroom |
