We stayed in a triple and while it was not overly spacious, it was quite comfortable for 3 people. The front desk people were very helpful with directions and suggestions. The location was perfect! This hotel was recommended to us by a previous guest and I would make the same recommendation for anyone else! |

Very good location for the city trip. It is very close to ramblas street, plaza nuevo, and bus stations. The room is middle size but the restroom is so large. The outside was so loud till 11:30 p.m. or over due to the tapas bars. However there are many good tapas bars on the navas street,so enjoy those bars and the night of Granada. |

It was centrally located and convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable. Very noisy, therefore windows had to be shut which made the room too warm, but no air conditioning. Breakfasts looked tired. The various dishes need renewing/refilling more regularly. Front door entrance not well enough labelled. |

A warm and competent greeting from the receptionist. Pleasant lunch and breakfast. Comfortable bed and spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom. Excellent central place for tourist enjoyment in the city. Lovely view of the snow-capped Sierra Nevada from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again at this hotel if visiting Granada. Slightly late in having the room ready but we did arrive shortly after 12 noon. Perhaps there should be better facilities for keeping the food warm. |

Hotel is right in the center of town, close to all main attractions in the city of Grananda, including shopping and restaurants. Hotel is on a very noisy street, people coming and going all night. Rooms were very stuffy. |

The room: comfortable, spacious, airy, on 3rd floor, with a small balcony, at front of hotel. Views of mountains beyond the outskirts and a feeling of being at the heart of city life on a pedestrianised street, lively with tapas bars but far enough above it all to leave the doors ajar and still get off to sleep. |

lovely bathroom, great breakfast, nice housekeeping and restaurant staff the room smelt bad, pretty sure it was due to to the incoming air ventillation, couldnt wait to get out. the male front office staff we met were pretty austere, not very approachable and welcoming. |

The hotel was in an excellent location and the 3 course buffet lunch in the restaurant was excellent value at 9 euros for guests. The staff were perfectly efficient and helpful but didn't smile a lot! |

Central location, easy access to city.Comfortable area to wait during day after checking out. Staff very helpful. Rooms nice and warm. Shame the restaurant was not open during the evenings in winter but plenty of restaurants nearby.Missed having tea making facilities in room or in foyer, however, staff provided cups of hot water on request-took own sachets and milk. Late Saturday night was very noisy, both outside and in the corridors.Difficult to sleep. Sunday much better. |

Good buffet breakfast with plenty of variety. The cooked breakfast, although in warm trays, was cold.Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in room. |
