Das Angebot des Früstücksbuffet Der Frühstückssaal ist ungemütlich wie ein Wartesaal, die Autobahn hört man die ganze Nacht, sodaß man bei geschlossenem Fenster kaum Schlaf findet |

Schönes Zimmer Der Service beim Frühstück, leere Saftbehälter beim Frühstück, das SPA war für meinen Sohn(10 Jahre) nicht zu betreten,große Enttäuschung, für mich auch nicht da am Montag geschlossen deswegen hab ich das Hotel ausgewählt |

Zimmer, Sauberkeit Spa nicht inbegriffen und mit EUR 30 pro Preson vollständig überzogen.Frühstück ebenso viel zu teuer. Fast alle Gäste gehen daher außerhalb frühstücken. Macht die Sache etwas umständlich. |

the thermal waters in the spa and the restaurant i bought the Romantic Package, but our bed was actually two beds pushed together and i kept falling through the crack. Also, the door on the shower did not prevent water from spraying all over bathroom floor, so I had to wipe up the very large puddle after showering |

Spa was great. Beautiful hotel. Good location Needs a sun deck with easy access. At present, only access to sun deck is via spa on a paid/timed basis. However, staff were very accommodating and offered us more time on sun deck. |

Big room and very confortable beds. I had a first floor room which was very noisy from the lobby. The last day the heating system was broken and there was no hot water. There is an extra charge for using the safe |

The checkin was very simple and the staff was able to accomodate our needs. The safe in the room is an additional charge and not included in daily rate. This is usually included in most hotels. |

The parking was good Staff friendly. Excellent free computor facilities - for e-mails and access to the www. Too far from the shops, room slighlty small having just arrived form a lrger room in a 4 star hotel. Decorations a bit loud ie red bed covers and curtains. Poor choice of tv channels in English ie cnn only no chance to buy additional tv ege latest movies |

The Staff were really excellent and tried to help in every way they could and were really easy to communicate with as they had very good english. Sound proofing of room excellent. Everything just excellent. |

Response of Reception is good. There are no floor towel both days. No replishment of toilet paper. Room cleaning servce was not comfortable enough. |

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had an emergency situation that required them to send a number of faxes for us, which they did without charge. Facilities like hot tub and sauna are only available as part of an expensive spa package. If you want a swim and a soak, look into a day pass at the big health centre across the street. |

Everything! This hotel and the staff on duty at the time of our stay can not be faulted; the staff are helpful and courteous, the breakfast was divine, the bed the most comfortable I've ever slept in, the Spa excellent. That said, we booked the Romantic Package which included the use of the Spa. If this had not been included the advertised 30 euros each is too expensive. |

Was very pleased with this hotel. We choose it for the spa and easy access by road to the airport (it is about 30 min away, but right by the highway) Unfortunately the spa closes during siesta, so we didn´t actually get a chance to take advantage of it. |

it was nice and clean. Good cleaning service each day. cleaning and front desk staff were nice. and spoke reasonably good english (in comparison to rest of country). No coffee or tea. and no conditioner.And when they did the original Auth against my credit card to see if i had funds (upon booking), they did not reverse it, thus decreasing my available credit preventing me from further use of that card. |
