Catering in the restaurant was excellent. Two single beds pushed together does not equate to a "double bed". No facilities for disposal of sanitary towels and/or condoms. |

Friendly staff, great room, very convenient location, smart throughout. Although we didn't need it, charging 16 euros for one hour's wi-fi is a real rip-off. |

large room with balcony - good breakfast - good location close to Yumbo Very noisy - Hotel advertised as adults only yet there were children staying and playing around the pool early mornings and evenings! |

Great location. Facilities much improved over the past couple of years. Love the illuminated shower head. No kids alowed! Beds a bit uncomfortable and noise from cleaners in adjoining rooms. |

My room was on the first floor with a pool view. This was a great location. The room had a balcony, minibar, desk, large closet, and very large safe. The staff was helpful, the meals were decent and very popular with guests. The hotel bar was also popular, in part due to wonderful, friendly bartenders. I actually liked the hotel bar better than most local bars. No heat in rooms (I don't mean broken, these just is none). That's not ideal in February. Although, once I knew, I made sure open the curtains during the day and close them at night. That and managing the doors/windows kept the temp bearable. Also, no Internet in rooms, a charge to use the safe, ugly bathrooms, and the uncomfortable bed was actually two twins pushed together. |

The facility, staff, and food exceeded expectations. Great value for money and excellent location for gay visitors. Nice mix of gay and straights. |

Centrally located hotel with good arrangements for dining - two sittings, and not too large and crowded unlike other Playa Ingles hotels we have stayed in. Excellent staff who have been there for a long time and are always welcoming and helpful. |

El personal del Hotel, la tranquilidad, que no hay niños ni mayores jugando a la pelotita en la piscina, parking gratis. Todo muy bien, repetiría. Por poner alguna pega, pero sin mucha importancia, es que los fines de semana se escucha algo de música del Centro Comercial cercano donde hay pubs. |

Ho apprezzato la pulizia della camera e dell'albergo in generale!! Bella la piscina e ottima il buffet....sia per la colazione e sia per la cena!! L'unica cosa che non ho gradito è che non avevano la stampante nella sala internet....e un paio di gatti che giravano liberamente per la hall!! |
