Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

The close proximity to the beach. There was construction next to our apartment with constant drilling, hammering, etc from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. I think this is better suited to longer stays as the facility is designed as rental apartments for self-service rather than a hotel. |

Clean, comfortable, very close to the beach. Apartment is only cleaned once a week and there are no cleaning liquids etc to do a bit of cleaning oneself. The kitchen was not very well stocked and there was no washing up liquid or sponge |

I have stayed in these apartment before, unfortunately, the toilet was broken this time, although alerted to the staff immediately, was not attended to during our 5 nights stay, very disappointed. |

Well kept, secure and comfortable apartments - great location. Helpful notes about apartments were next to the lift but needed to be inside the apartments as well. |

I enjoyed the view over the sea every morning when i woke up and at sunset with a fresh San Miguel after a long shower.The location is fantastic and the appartment is fairly big. My girlfriend and I haven t got the chance to meet anyone working for the hotel, the reception was closed when we arrived (the appt key was put in a box with my name labeled on it) and when we left. |

The sea view was excellent. Apartment very comfortable and clean. No noise from neighbours or traffic. Kitchen lacked some cooking/cleaning equipment e.g. no peeling/carving knife, No kettle (probably only affects UK/Irish clients!!). No dish cloths/washing up liquid. No replacement toilet rolls. No sweeping brush. |

Seafront location on Burriana Playa Office not manned in morning, only from 17.15 No hot water for 48hours, then hot water tank leaking into electrics and into bedroom. Emergency phone no did not work so left with dangerous leak for another 48 hours before we could get hold of anyone. After 5 days moved to another apartment.6 days out of 7 time each day trying to get hold of office staff. In end negociated a discount for inconvenie |

Beautiful apartments, well equipped. Excellent view of the beach(if you get a sea view room). Very central, just a short stroll up 3 steep hills to the town. I have no complaints to be honest. The reception staff only work 3 hours a day? They were never there when we needed them. |

Optimaal gelegen voor strandvakantie. Direct aan boulevard met veel eettentjes en cafeetjes. Mooi balkon met uitzicht op zee en boulevard. Geen airco dus wel wat warm in het appartement. Op het dakterras klein zwembad. Reserveer een plekje in de garage van het appartement want parkeren is wel wat lastig vanwege vele strandbezoekers. |
