The hotel Hostal is a great value with a very nice young couple running it. The beds were comfortable std. European size room. The place was immaculate clean and kept up well & a super value. |

I thought yhis hostel was very good value for money, the room and ensuite bathroom were more than adequate and kept very clean as was the rest of the establishment. The owners were charming people and helpful in many ways. Nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and I particularly liked the powerful shower. Being woken by Spanish binmen who seemed to go out of their way to create as much noise as is humanly possible with a dustcart and an empty wheelie-bin! |

We were happy with the Hostal and it was at a reasonable price which we paid in cash on Thursday 29th October, 2009. It was good to be able to have a cup of tea/coffee also. We found it noisy especially in the early mornings, double glazed window is recommended. |

We had the apartment, and it was the best we had stayed in, very good value for money, balcony looking out at very nice view, lovely decorations in the rooms, kitchen design excellent Only the dificulty in parking, best advice I can give is , try to arrive during siesta between 2pm and 5pm, just park anywhere for the couple of minutes it takes to ask the hostal owner for directions where best to park. |

The atmosphere and style of the rooms. Room comfort was also a plus. Tania who greeted me on arrival was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. With tiled marble floors the corridors could be boomy when doors were closed or people talked on their way in or out. |

The location is good for access to the town, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Very tricky for parking, very noisy at night especially if it is hot and you need the windows open, lots of buzzbikes going by and people talking late into the night. |

The lady in reception was very polite and friendly and gave us information about where to visit and where to eat without us having to ask. The location of the hostal was great, near the shopping areas and close to public transport, I would have liked a few more pillows on the beds |

The location of this hotel is very good - it's situated on the main street leading to the city centre and the beaches. The owners were very friendly and helpful. There is a water kettle in the room with tea and coffee provided. Our room was street oriented so it was a little bit noisy, but we slept well anyway! As we arrived late the owner kept my ID in his flat overnight but I guess they don't do this as a rule. |

Tanya and Jose were extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and were always happy to help. The roof terrace was a great place to have breakfast and relax. The room was spacious and there was tea and coffee every day. The roof terrace closed at 9pm which we felt was quite early. Also the stairs were quite narrow so lugging a pushchair up to the second floor was exhausting. |

Very central..easy parking,good restaurants locally the road at the front was tiled and quite noisy with traffic,however I would stay again but maybe ask for a bedroom away from the road |

The proprietor was extremely pleasant and friendly. The hostal had a real family feel to it. The room was not large but was perfectly adequate for three and represented very good value for money. The location was very good - close enough to the main hub but far enough away to be less noisy- we were attending a wedding as well as spending time on the beach - we enjoyed the short walk home from Balcon de Europa in the early hours of the morning! We would come back! |

Fantastic friendly staff. Parking is on the street, but very accessible. Highly recommend. It's difficult to navigate all the one way streets in Nerja. Although the location is great, it is on a one way street that the bottom is pedestrian only. We could find it, just had difficulties getting to it. |
