The staff was super friendly, pleasant and helpful. I had private room with a nice big bed, air conditioning, and a bathroom for less than my friends paid to share a room with 7 other people at a hostel. It got a little loud in the mornings. I wasn't sure how completely safe it was, but I never had any problem. The facilities weren't in excellent quality, but definitely good enough for what i paid. |

Pension Nevada was centrally located yet quiet, it was close to restaurants and only a short walk from the Cathedral. The receptionist was very helpful and spoke very good English. We thought it was good value for money and would use it again |

I enjoyed the 24-hour front desk service, and our room was absolutely perfect for what we needed. At the price, I really couldnt have asked for better value. Our electricity went out one time....but we fixed it relatively quickly. |

location, friendly staff, room, price no hot water in mornings, tobacco stench because many of the guests are smokers and smoking is permitted, toilet in separate room that was very tiny and difficult sit on. |

Well priced and excellent location in central Granada, lots of street parking around. No kettle, tea bags or coffee maker in room. Instead, a coin operated coffee machine in the lobby of the hotel charging 1 euro (okay for coffee), but absurd for a plastic cup of hot water. Furthermore, hot drinks don't do well in plastic cups meant for cold drinks, they could have unbreakable glass or cornell cups. |

excellent location in the centre of Granada and the ease of walking everywhere. Good parking facilities. Some very helpful staff. Not very clean. Bathrooms and toilets with broken fittings and broken lights. Poor standard of furniture in some rooms. |

Nice hotel staff. They do their best really... tiny room with 3 beds. Even couldn't open the waderobe because of the bed in a way. Shower in the room and no separate bathroom in the room. Toliets outside in the corridir were dirty. Terrible parking with a rather odd and unsafe lift. |

The people in the hotel were very friendly. They booked the tours for me and it was great. The restroom was out of the bedroom, just the shower was inside. |

It was a great location and the people were very nice. We were surprised to find that the toilet was in the hall but it was very clean so that was OK with us. Some of the other guests got a little rowdy a little too late and it might have been better if someone had told them to keep it down. But all in all a good experience. |

It's cheap, but didnt expect that there's no toilet for a room with private bathroom, and the so-called bathroom is just a shower booth next to the bed. |

Miła obsługa. Bardzo blisko do atrakcji turystycznych. Możliwość spokojnego wypoczynku po całym dniu. Trudność ze znalezieniem miejsca parkingowego. |
