Excellent location in Granada. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are simply designed yet very comfortable. The only thing I found was that the hallways were very dim, but that was the only thing I didn't like. |

The staff were helpful. The superior room we had was spacious and the terrace was useful. The breakfast was very poor value. The terrace would have been greatly enhanced by the addition of a few plants. The bar closed at 11pm (early for even the UK, let alone Spain). |

location excellent not enough effort made to resolve a need for an extra bed, bathroom toiletries and towels very poor, The lift, floors, corredors carpet and cupboards not very clean. |

Our standard room, while compact, was of a high standard. We loved the high ceilings. We loved the toiletries in the bathroom and the shower was to die for. I loved the internal door into separating the bathroom and bedroom. |

central location, clean rooms, pleasant staff. The outside rooms facing the street are a little noisy - even though the windows cut most of the volume down. Breakfast was too much and you are better off with a nearby cafe. |

Clean, modern, centrally located. Double glazing meant room quiet. Nice touches of extra reading light, Stylish Parking available Google map downloaded to find the hotel had it in the wrong place. Not the hotels fault but would be good to have fixed. |

L'hôtel a un bon emplacement en centre ville. Il y a un parking souterrain avec accès direct à la réception de l'hôtel. Notre chambre intérieure manquait de lumière, et n'avait rien d'original. La déco a besoin d'être un peu rafraîchie. |

La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada. Todo está cerca para caminarlo o facil para tomar locomoción. Su personal es muy agradable y bien dispuesto. Todo me pareció perfecto, la cuidad maravillosa y lo único que siento es haber estado tan poco. |

Très bonne situation pour visiter Grenade à pied. Buffet petit déjeuner excellent. J'avais une chambre qui donnait sur ... la salle du petit déjeuner. Pas de nuisance sonore - mais chambre très sombre, sans lumière directe. |
