Teilweise! sehr freundliches Personal Ich habe noch nie im Leben einen sooo schmutzigen Hotelflur gesehen! Dingend renovierungsbedürftig!! Das PErsonal beim Frühstück war teilweise sehr lustlos. |

Das Frühstück ist wunderbar, und die Poolanlage ist klasse. Die Badezimmer sind nicht mehr in TopZustand, zumindest in meinem Zimmer. |

Hotel Staff where extremely professional, very helpful and well mannered. Facilities where top notch. 5 mins in a taxi to Marbella or Puerto Banus Bit of a distance to the beach, could do with some more English Channels on the TV |

No air-con. Beach bar was open for nearly 2 hours during our 4 day stay. Bar in the hotel suppose to be open until 1am at 11.55pm told it was closed so next night tried at 11pm again told it was closed they only want you to do room service. We booked the special offer so you had access to the spa so we could be pampered and relax ...it never opened. |

Although I thought the hotel was brilliant, I was shocked at the state of the carpets in the corridors to the rooms, this really let the hotel down and was such a shame when everything else about the hotel was spot on. |

Good size, comfortable room. Nice pool area. Good buffet breakfast. Reception desk staff not very helpful. Arrived at 12.30pm but could not get access to room until 2.00pm. Beach is across a busy road and then through another hotel. Charge of 60 euro applied for late check out. Hotel is 3 blocks - two of which are a bit of a walk from reception. |

I liked staff, breakfast, cleaning ladies. The carpet of the hotel corridors is terrible. This is unacceptable in 5 star hotel no matter how old it is! |

Very comfortable. Pool, spa and gym are modern and very agreable. 5mn walk from the hotel beach club. Internet connection is really expansive. |

Nice quiet room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was poor as far as hot food was concerned. Bar was clinical and not very friendly atmosphere. |

I find it hard to believe that a hotel of this standard did not supply tea or coffee facilities in the room nor were there any bathrobes. Only one internet point, unless you brought your own laptop, and waiting to get on was tiresome. Carpeting in the passages is in a deplorable state as if washed with bleach and the colouring has disolved to nothing. Room door frame insecure, complained twice. |

They closed the beach club without any prior warning or decent explanation..Also, from the web, it looked as if the hotel was on the beach, which it was not. Also we were not allowed to eat our breakfast outside the hotel for a number of mornings, again with no explanation. |

Our room was very modern and comtemporary, and was cleaned to a high standard. The pool area was fantastic, with a free kids club which was great for our daughter, and gave us some quality 'us' time, which was most welcome. The breakfast was excellent, with good choice and quality of foods. |

The room was excellently clean and prepared for our arrival. The only things were that we booked a double twin room and got sent to a king size rm. Front desk fixe that. Also, it took us 1 hr to get some ice on Sat night. |

i thought having no option but to pay heavey fees for ironing was a dissgrace. staff were rude, hotel was noisy, food by pool was poor, room service was very poor. |
