The hotel staff was great. The hotel provided extra towels for the baby without having to make the request. Wonderful. |

Location near residential area and Ondarreta beach is good, yet it is a 20-30 min walk to city center. Good parking and clean facilities. Price is high like all hotels in town. Try pintxos dinner! |

The staff all spoke english and were very helpful. The room was modern and spacious. We only stayed one night but we enjoyed our stay and there was a good buffet breakfast in the morning. The hotel is not far from the beach but it took about half an hour to walk to the old town, we didn't mind but if you're staying for a few days it might get a bit irritating. You have to pay for parking but the garage was underground and secure. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful, good breakfast buffet, I was allowed to take a towel from the hotel to the beach, the room was clean and friendly and comfortable. This does not concern the hotel itself, but rather the location. I had friends staying in a different hotel at the other side of the town, more in the center of San Sebastian proper, and because of the layout of the town and the hills between different parts of the town, walking would have taken too long - so I had to use taxis quite a lot, and even by car there was no straight connection. |

Staff was very friendly. Room clean and quiet. Choice of pillows.It was a good hotel, the price a little on the high side but it's San Sebastian. Unfortunately people in Spain still smoking in public places, even though there are supposed to be smoke free as the rest of Europe. Our room was ok but could smell the tobaco in the corridors and lifts. This is a problem of attitude of the people everywhere in Spain. |

Proximité de l'hotel avec la plage, 10 minutes de marche à peine. Facilité d'accès en centre ville, par les transports en commun ou voiture. Le personnel ne parle pas le français, uniquement anglais et espagnol. Compte tenu de la proximité de la frontière française et d'une population de touristes français importante, nous trouvons cet inconvénient relativement choquant. |

Situation géographique avantageuse. Non loin du centre de la ville. . Dommage que le petit déjeuner soit aussi cher, nous avons finalement opté pour le prendre au bar situé juste en face. Très bonnes tartines ! Parking également cher même si sécurisé |

atención personal; rapidez en atención servicios de planchado solicitados no poude utilizar bono amigo; en central de reservas me dijeron inicialmente no disponer de habitaciones para el fin de semana cuando quise reservar con bono amigo; en llamada directa a recepción ningún problema aunque no mencioné intenció de utilizar bono amigo; sobraban habitaciones libres el fin de semana visitado |
