impossible to decrease the temerature.The hotel does not have a restaurant but an agreement with a pizza service. They came 90 minutes after the order, so the pizza was cold and they forget to deliver all what was order. Pb after 11.00 pm there is nobody able to help you in the hotel. |

cercania a madrid Las tuberias del hotel hacen un ruido insoportable, tuvimos que cambiar de habitacion y asi y todo no pudimos dormir bien, es una pena deberian insonorizarlas mejor.. |

el poder compartir habitación toda la familia (matrimonio y dos hijas pequeñas) a la habitación le faltaban detalles que sí tenían otras habitaciones: cuadros, microondas... |

La tranquilidad y lo espacioso del apartamento No explican las características del establecimiento en cuanto a funcionamiento. Por ejemplo, no cambiaron las toallas, ni fregaron unas tazas del desayuno, pero si limpiaron, retiraron la basura e hicieron las camas. Faltaban algunos elementos de la vajilla y de la cubertería. Nada importante para nosotros, ya que sólo hemos estado allí para dormir. |

Amplitud del apartamento (casi 90 m2 el de 4 personas) y el parking exterior gratuito. Hay cafetera. Conexión inmediata con la A6 (salida 11B). Para ser un 3 * debería tener mosquiteras, más menaje de cocina y un tendedero (hay lavadora). El agua de los lavabos hace un poco de ruido, y también se escucha el ruido que hacen los del apartamento del piso de arriba. |
