Thank you for your upgrading our room when you know I was having honey moon with my husband. As to the services, how about offer customers free access to internet? As said before, NH could offer customer free access to internet. The hotels in Malaga and Granada (4 stars hotel) offer free access. |

We often travel for businesspurposes but never before experienced such a warm welcome, fantastic service, very polite and friendly staff. The rooms are in excelent condition very clean. Very well ventilated. The location is quite good with lots of possibilities. |

The staff was extremely helpful, polite and professional. They offered information about the city, asked if I needed help with my bags and they informed me that there was a discount for using the parking garage because I stayed at the hotel and various other questions which made me feel very comfortable about staying at this hotel. I really wanted to use the spa services, but it was closed. |

Nice rooms a bit far from the center - but manageable (20 Min. on foot), spa - one reason we booked the hotel - was closed during the whole stay, not even a gym was accessible. |

I liked it's clean look and modern room finishes. The concrete panel in front of the window which prevented a clear view from the room. |

This hotel is central to all areas, good service and large rooms,great bathrooms. The staff are helpfull and the hotel would suit both business and leisure travellers. The Breakfast leaves quite a lot to be desired. |

The quality, cleanliness & comfort of the rooms & facilities. The pool was excellent partculary as it was very hot weather. Would of liked more options in English for the free to air tv channels & would have also liked to have a choice of English newspapers |

Modern spacious room with comfortable bed. The location across from the Arts and Sciences museums and next to a mall with many restaurants. Free minibar and wifi. Very clean with double sink and great shower in the bathroom. |

Great value for price. Quiet, clean and peaceful room to relax after busy days touring in the city. Great breakfast, we paid only for the adults (kid had free access to the buffet). Staff was also very helpful (what to see with kids, public transport) and accomodating (free upgrade to add a kid bed, ...) The parking (it is a public parking to pay by the hour) can add up to the daily costs. The request of a credit card number (not charged) to borrow the hotel towels for the swimming pool seemed a little bit excessive. |
