Facilties were very good, room was maintained to a high standard and the staff were very helpful. Not far to the nearest metro and only ten minutes walk to the Port. |

location is good, near the port, the reception entrace is very nice, there was a group of kids shouting all nights, running in the stairs, and going up and down the lifts, I called couple times to the reception, we listened everything from the other rooms, the running water always cold and hot very difficult to take a good shower, the bathroom tub- steping out was very difficult since there is a bidet just outside the tub!!!! |

Incredibly helpful hotel staff, rooms serviced very well and late in the day when we slept in! Good triple glazing windows. Spacious rooms and very spacious bathroom. |

This was our first visit to Valencia for Las Fallas. The hotel was a bit outside the centre but close to the bus and metro, city of arts and sciences, port area and walking paths. It was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. |

todo el personal se porto super bien, incluso nos dejaron salir a las 15 de la tarde para que pudieramos ir a la playa por la mañana y ducharnos despues, y asi irnos limpitos pa madrid. como no tiene terraza, por lo menos en la habitacion que yo estuve, no puedes tender el bañandor ni la toalla y es imposible que se seque |

He viajado en numerosas ocasiones x distintas partes de España contratando los hoteles a través de Booking, es en el primer hotel en el que no se correspondio mi reserva cn lo que tuve.Algo que no vi bien fue que no especificaban el precio del minibar, ni tan siquiera que lo cobraran. Ya q por otro lado es el primer sitio donde me lo cobran. Esroy totalmente decepcionada con el hotel,su servicio y sus instalaciones. La ubicación no es muy buena tampoco. |

La noche que llegamos al hotel, nos dispusimos a cenar, en el restaurante de dicho hotel; La sorpresa de tener que abandonar dicho restaurante, por que según la recepcionista que nos atendio, se estaba celebrando una fiesta privada, nos dejó un poco perplejos; Imgínense que llegamos a Valencia, cansados del viaje, sin conocer restaurantes cercanos y que te invite esta srta. a sentarte en el hall o sala de espera de la entrada al hotel, en unas mesas y sillas muy bajas (había 2 mesas algo más amplias, pero ya estaban ocupadas), contemplando las personas que entraban y salían de esa "fiesta privada" y sin más que esperar a que quisieran servirnos...Puedo asegurarles que no volveré a ese hotel |

Me gusto todo, el hotel es nuevo, las habitaciones son amplias, el baño es muy amplio , muy completos los accesorios del baño te ponen todo lo necesario y más, el desayuno es bueno, todo de calidad y buena variedad |
