The room was large enough to stay very comfortably. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was great for a short city trip. The bathroom door was unable to stay closed. There was no shower cap etc. which would have been very useful. The room was a little dark as it faced an interior court view. |

The room was very comfortable, clean and the breakfast was perfect. It is also very near to metro and other historical places. So transportation was very easy for us. The staff cannot speak English well, it wasn't easy to communicate. They didn't give any information about the hotel or city. They just gave our room card. When we asked that if they had a city map, after that they gave it to us. But the staff in our hotel in Barcelona was very friendly, gave a lot of information about city and city tours and also very smiley. |

A very nice hotel close to the railway station, only 5 minutes walk to Prado Museum, near Botanical garden. Perfect location opposite Atocha station, Metro, Madrid vision bus tour stays near hotel. Very helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent, Internet 15 minutes free. We thought it was excellent value for money (Special summer rate with free Minibar) and We really enjoyed our stay here. No. |

Very close to the Prado Museum and the Botanic Gardens. An easy walk to the rest of old Madrid. Very noisy and the room was very small. |

The location was great. It was close to everything. Rooms a little small. Fine for two people, but not for three. |

Convenient location Reception staff insisted on a seeing my passport, while I have always travelled within the Schengen group on my military ID card and leave orders (as is appropriate under the Status of Forces Agreement). I triumphed over the bureaucracy only after threatening to cancel my reservation. |

reasonably quiet for madrid - and very central tea coffee making facilities would have complimented an excellent room |

Reasonably Good Breakfast but try the cafe next door for better coffee and value. Thin walls. The lift bell could be heard through the walls, even though the room was around the corner and down the corridor, as could bathroom noises and heels on the tiles of next door bathrooms and room floors. |

the room decoration was clean cut, and the bed was nice and big we didn't get a room with a view to the street, so we had little natural light and through the window we could only see interior walls. |

It is close to the park, museum and Atocha train station (note that there are several main train stations in Madrid). The breakfast was really good, they had some quality jamon and cheeses on offer. I think you might be able to find better value for money. We did book pretty late, though. |

The bed - they make a point about their comfortable beds and it's true. Also the interior room was very peaceful and the room was a good size. Very convenient for Atocha station as well as the Prado. Nice area. On arrival at 8.45pm there was a queue for check-in and only one person dealing with new and existing guests whilst another spent ages on the phone. It was about 20 mins before I was checked in - too long after a day's travel. |
