Es un hotel aparentemente nuevo y las instalaciones están muy bien.El desayuno es de alta calidad aunque el precio es muy alto también Me llamó la atención que los recepcionistas iban vestidos con camisetas blancas que en algunos casos llevaban por fuera, dando un aire un tanto desaliñado, pero no me parece grave, atienden bien, que es más importante |

No tuvimos problema para salir más tarde de las 12. La parada de metro está muy cerca. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho. |

La buena comunicación con el centro de la ciudad tanto por Metro linea 1 como a través de la línea 10 de autobuses. Las camas son muy confortables. Los aparcamientos tanto en el hotel como en sus alrededodres son de pago y caros. El precio de los desayunos es excesivo para lo que solemos comer los españoles. Hay una panadería-cafetería junto al hotel donde se puede desayunar por 3 €. |

El trato recibido por los recepcionistas y el desayuno, así como la situación. Las camas son poco confortables, y en la habitación doble, al solicitar la cama de matrimonio me indican que no tienen. |

la comodidad de las habitaciones faltaba algun detalle en el baño (tipo algún kit de pasta de dientes etc..) que son utiles en caso de olvido y necesidad urgente |

le petit déjeuné est peut etre a 15 euros mais il permet de tenir toute la journée. Sur l'hotel rien a dire par contre aucun restaurant a proximité de l'établisement sauf un fast food. Par contre à madrid le métro va partout pou 1euros de voyage. (trés pratique se sera votre guide) Le personnel ne parlé pas français. |
