The hotel was lovely. The Spanish are not in general very warm towards visitors, the staff was no exception but polite and attentive to my requests. The location is amazing, views lovely and I would stay there again if given the opportunity! |

En plein centre de Salamanque (Salamanca) un bâtiment tout à l'image de cette ville nous accueille dans un vaste patio. Un personnel très aimable et serviable est à notre disposition pour nous aider dans nos recherches La chambre n'était pas à la hauteur de l'ensemble. Le parking doit être résevé à l'avance car trop petit pour l'hôtel. |

gute Lage, schönes Gebäude (ehemaliger Palacio) Frühstücksraum ist etwas unfreundlich (dunkel) im Untergeschoss.. Bar sehr kühler unfreundlicher Raum. |

de lokatie is top. de receptioniste was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het restaurant was gesloten. Toen we onze bagage uit de opslag terugvroegen kregen we niet alles; dit was roonduit slordig van de concierge. de kamers waren extreem heet en het was onmogelijk om dit te wijzigen. |

très facile pour accéder dans le centre historique de la ville. Jolie vue de notre chambre sur la cathédrale. Chaleur suffocante dans la chambre, le personnel n'a pas pu nous apporter de solution. |

l'accueil est agréable. Les chambres sont grandes, confortables et bien équipées. La situation de l'hotel est idéale pour visiter la ville. Présence d'un parking. trés difficile d'arriver à l'hotel en voiture en raison des sens interdits mais l'hotel n'y est pour rien. Il serait peut être interessant de donner un plan en même temps que la réservation. |

La ubicación es muy buena, todo la parte monumental queda a mano. La habitación desprendía olor a tabaco, muy desagradable para un no fumador. Además, deberían avisar que el hotel ha cerrado el restaurante por lo que solo ofrece algún plato combinado en cafetería. |

Tenho uma reclamação a fazer , Pagei indevidamente o IVA , visto que no " Booking " já estava incluido o IVA. Mas só mais tarde é que verifiquei , pois já tinha saído do Hotel . |

La situacion del hotel Su limpieza habitaciones sucias y goteras en la receocion una cupula de cristal en el claustro , una verdadera pena.atencion del personla muy muy regular.muebles viejos tapicerias rotas, minibar que no enfriaba,sin rampas para acceder a recepcion con una escalinata que como para subir con las maletas, cochecitos de niño minusvalido etc.demasiado caro para el servicio atencion , calidad y confort |

Me ha gustado el edificio y la situación en el centro. El párking funciona bien. Tienen aparcacoches y dado el número limitado de plazas, lo reservé con 7 días de antelación por mail. Precio del párking correcto para la situación. El desayuno te preparan los platos calientes en el momento. |

Excelente localização. Edifício com invulgar (excelente) interesse arquitectónico. Preço do pequeno almoço a rever (em baixa). Mini bar melhor apetrechado (com mais produtos e . . . gelo ! ! ! E já agora, também com copos . . .fazem "jeito". |
