Standard room was excellent. Very comfortable. Staff were attentive and could not have been more helpful. Breakfast buffet offered good choice. Hotel is central to the town and a 10 minute walk from bus and train station. |

The hotel is beautiful (located in an old palace but modernised throughout) and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal to explore the town and we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was not included in our rate and - although the buffet looked very tempting - we felt that 14 EUR per person was far too expensive. However, as there are plenty of cafes around the hotel, it's quite easy to find a good (and reasonably priced) breakfast within minutes. |

Lage des Hotels superzentral in wunderschöner Altstadt. Restaurants, Cafés und Bars ganz in der Nähe, trotzdem wunderbar ruhiges Hotel. Nice Place to be! |

La ubicacion en aviles Le sobra alguna estrella. El servicio de habitaciones funciona muy mal. La comida nos la sirvieron 2 veces no fria, sino congelada (despues de quejarnos), el hotel esta enplan modernos pero no es muy acogedor, ponen menos jabon que en los NH 3 estrellas, la limpieza no es muy exhaustiva.. |

La antencion y amabilidad de su personal. La tranquilidad y situacion del hotel. Creo sinceramente que un hotel como este deberia de ofrecer, como minimo, peine, cepillo de dientes.......etc. |

Muy bien situado, en pleno centro histórico de Avilés. Edificio precioso, muy bien rehabilitado, bonito.Muy limpio. Personal muy amable.Excelente relación calidad/precio. La habitación era bastante pequeña |

Me ha gustado la ubicación y el entorno.Las habitaciones están bien insonorizadas y el mobiliario está acorde con la categoría del hotel. Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas en el baño debería haber algo más que jabón, una botellita de gel y otra de champú. No obstante, el personal de recepción te facilitaba, sin problema, todo lo que necesitabas. |

Localização Falta de complementos de banho. Estes resumiam-se a uma embalagem de gel, uma de shampoo e um sabonete - a ocupação do quarto foi de duas pessoas. Para um hotel de 5 estrelas é muito pouco.Pequenos almoços não incluidos na reserva e muito caros. |

Sin duda la atención es impecable. El hotel es muy bonito y las habitaciones están muy bien. La situación inmejorable. Cenamos en el restaurante y estaba todo buenísimo, aunque la carta es un poco reducida. El salón es muy bonito y agradable, el trato muy bueno. Quizas estaría bien que pusieran algo de música de ambiente. |

El entorno es precioso, la ubicación es idoneo, el restaurante impesionante pero... ...la habitación fue una decepción. El baño tenía champú, gel de ducha, y jabón. Nada más. Aúnque no suelo usar los complementos del baño, me parecía muy pobre las cosas que venían de serie. La habitación en sí parecía más de un hotel de tres o cuatro estrellas. |

El edificio restaurado y la ubicación. Parking algo caro. La habitación algo pequeña que no se corresponde a un 5 estrellas. Tampoco la TV. Con 4 estrellas hay suficiente. |
