cumminication and information from staff very good !!...also convenient distance from metro and nou camp stadium would have preffered to have, at least; breakfast included in price... |

The restaurant personal during the breakfast was inattentive. They did bot clean the table although they had to see the used dishes. |

The staff were really helpful and polite. English is my first language and it was reassuring to have staff that could communicate easily. Also, they were good not to laugh at my weak Spanish! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This is quite common in Irish,UK, and USA hotels. |

Su cercania al Nou Camp, fui a un corcierto de u2 y desde la ventana veia el estadio y hasta escuchaba os ensayos....GENIAL. Tienes metro cerca para moverte por el resto de la ciudad. Todo bien.... |

la piscine au 10 étage avec la vue sur le camp nue et le grand buffet du petit déjeuné. Attention nos serviettes n'ont pas étaient changées dommage pour un hotel qui a une si belle prestation. |

le personnel est accueillant et professionnel la salle de bains trop petite ainsi que la chambre pour un hôtel 4 étoiles s'est limite surtout qu'auparanvznt je logeais dans un hôtel 3 étoiles avec une salle de bains et une chambre bien plus grande. |

Το προσωπικό της ημερήσιας βάρδιας ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό, της νυχτερινής όχι ιδιαίτερα, αλλά αυτό είναι σύνηθες φαινόμενο. Μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με θέα στο Camp Nou, όχι ιδιαίτερα καθαρές οι καρέκλες, αλλά η θέα ήταν εξαιρετική. Η πόρτα του δωματίου έκλεινε πολύ δύσκολα στην έξοδο, έπρεπε να την τραβήξεις πολύ δυνατά, παρ'όλα αυτά έκλεινε καλά από μέσα. Δεν ξέρω αν αυτό ήταν μεμονωμένο γεγονός. |

el servicio habitaciones y cafeteria La disposición demencial baño. Hay una pared que separa ducha y bañera.Es necesario meterse dentro de ésta para abrir los grifos y sales con los pies mojados. |

Frühstück war arusreichend und vielartig Sehr laut, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit! Dünne Wände, am konnte sowohl die Nachbarn, als auch jeden Schritt am Gang, sämtliche Gespräche hören. Die Zimmertüre war kurzgeraten, sie hatte unten ca 1,5 - 2 cm Spalt und man hörte somit alles, was sich am Gang vor sich ging (Schritte, Gelächter, Aufzug,...) |
