Très bien situé, petit déjeuner très complet.

Un peu bruyant. La piscine n'était pas ouverte alors que nous étions mi-juin et qu'il faisait déjà très chaud.

Reception staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful They all spoke excellent English.We paid extra for a larger double room, which waswell worth the extra cost. It was spacious,well appointed, very comfortable with efficient air-conditioning. The bathroom was large, very well equipped and a joy to use! We did not take breakfast which was inordinately expensive ( although apparently good).The hotel was quiet at night, but nonetheless well situated in a good area from which access to Gran Via, Sol, Retiro, museums etc. was very easy. However,we had expressly booked this hotel because of its advertised swimming-pool. Uponarrival, we found that the pool was closed. It did not open until the afternoon of !st July, half-way through our stay. This substantially detracted from our holiday enjoyment, and in our view amounted to something of a "con.". The entry on your web-site portfolio of hotels gives no warning that this might occur. In any event, the room cost obviously includes an element in respect of advertised hotel facilities, including the pool.The public are being deceived. There should be clear warning both by you and the hotel itself that the pool may not be open before 1st July and after 1st September.I would not have booked this hotel at the advertised cost if I had known that I would not have use of the pool for several days of my stay.

The hotel was very close to city centre and in a nice area itself. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The buffet breakfast was good! The mini bar was free the weekend we were there, though we didn't find out about this until checkout!

The pool wasn't open - it was the first weekend of June and temperatures in the 40's but the pool only opens July and August - why?!! Also that we didn't know about free mini bar until checking out..:)

Although the breakfast was very good (and I liked in particular the good range of fruit and the provision of leche descremada), it was very expensive

Pudimos estar en una piscina exterior en el centro de Madrid, aunque dejaba un poco que desear.

No hay apenas personal en la zona de la piscina. Esperamos un montón para ser atendidos.

encontrarlo, parece una tonteria, pero la entrada principal del hotel no esta en la calle Goya, como figura en la dirección y si en la que hace esquina. En mi opinion debería estar mejor explicado.

Me gustó mucho el personal que estaba en el servicio del desayuno, me parecieron muy atentos con todo el mundo sobre todo una señora o señorita que habia.

Estaba todo perfecto, me desilusioné un poco porque no estaba la piscina, pero debia de ser solo los meses de julio o agosto.

es un hotel muy céntrico y limpio.

el hall es muy pequeño y tiene escaleras.
