le personnel était agréable, le petit déjeuner super, nous avons apprécié la climatisation, il est situé pas trés loin d'une bouche de métro pour se rendre à Madrid ainsi qu'un super centre commercial. Nous devrions retourner à San Sebastian, nous reprendrons le même hôtel. |

la habitación,su decoración,y sobre todo lo amplio que era el cuarto de baño,me encantó. quizás hacia un poco de calor,aunque lo solucionamos con el aire acondicionado. |

La situación, cerca del polígono Industrial de San Sebastián de los Reyes. A 100 m de la parada del metro y a 1 minuto de la salida 19 de la A-1. Hay sitios cerca para cenar y desayunar |

Alhowel met de metro 1 uur naar centrum is dit toch een aanbevelenswaardig hotel. In de buurt leuke restaurantjes waar alleen Spanjaarden komen. Metro station op 200 meter van hotel. Parkeren gartis voor de deur. |

amplitud habitaciones la ubicación entre dos carreteras con mucha circulación el ruido no me dejó descansar. La restauración, se trataba sin duda de productos ya envasados y precocinados.carta con muy poca variedad. |

En general todo muy bien, pero destacar la calidad/precio, y el trato super amable del personal del hotel. Bueno yo mejoraría la señalizacion para llegar al hotel, asi como su iluminacion en la fachada. Y como otra gente ha comentado, las ruedas de las camas es algo que quitaria. Por lo demas ok!! |

La habitación es pequeña pero confortable y limpia, al igual que el baño (que a pesar de tener ducha) es muy agradable. Ruido de habitaciones contiguas y del exterior, pues la ventana no estaba bien aislada. Excesivo calor en habitaciones. Falta de neverita y de productos en el baño (pasta de dientes, peine...). |
