I liked a nice room, very tasty croisants during the breakfast, nice staff at the reception, absolutely children friendly. I did not like that the swiming pool was not heated, the staff at the breakfast was very ackward. |

Not the easiest hotel to find as there are more than 3 Novotels in Madrid. Expensive for dog |

The room was very nice, quite and well designed. The hotel is far from center and there is not shutle bus to the airport. The hote parking space during night is not free, it cost around 10 euros. |

The hotel was lovely, staff were pleasant, clean tidy, food quite expensive but probably the norm as we found Madrid very expensive all round. The only thing I'd say is that you are out on a limb really there is nothing around you so you have to get taxi's or the bus, the bus ride was 1 euro, then we had to get on the metro to get into the centre of madrid, the metro was a nightmare experience!! never again, taxi's for me |

Close to airport as we needed, away from the center though! Nice place, underground parking- NOT free which i feel is wrong in that area and parking being on site. Parking is not free even though hotel is on the outskirts anfd parking is on site. |

Clean, room big enough. Pretty much like any other Novotel. Difficult to get to the hotel. We had to switch on the GPS to find it. One of our friend who came and visited us at the hotel couldn't find her way even with a GPS. We had to pay for the hotel parking (10.5€/24h)although we were customers. |

Me gustó la posibilidad de tomar café o infusiones en la habitación sin coste. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado en la habitación. Me parece un fallo grave para la calidad del hotel. . La habitación no dispone de material para aseo: cepillo y crema de dientes, colonia, limpiador zapatos, etc. Solo había jabón y champú. Eso se echa de menos. No parece delicado con el cliente que haya que bajar a recepción a pedirlo. |

Es un hotel tranquilo. Bién comunicado. Limpio y buenas instalaciones. No se puede pedir más por ese precio. Es servicio en el bar y el restaurante es incriblemente lento. Supongo que será por falta de personal. |

hemos pasado una noche en el hotel y lo que más nos ha gustado es la habitación, la limpieza, la televisión plana, las instalaciones son muy actuales y en buen estado. Hay algunos servicios que tendrían que tener a disposición de los clientes. La zona en la que se ubica está demasiado aislado, zona en obras y mal comunicado, el único acceso es en coche. |

El personal de recepción se portó muy bien. Todo lo que preguntaba me lo solucionaban rápido. Que no hay cerca zona de aparcamiento y tengas que pagarlo a parte. |
