The food in the restaurant was very good. I was impressed that one chef in the kitchen could produce such good food. Staff very friendly. Could have done with some more advanced information on how to pick up the hotel bus from the airport. We ended up taking the local bus. |

It was convenient. I wish the airport shuttle ran longer hours. I had to pay 15 euros for a 5 minute taxi ride because the shuttle only started at 7 am. |

good price/value location is near airport in a "industrial" environment. The free airport shuttle does not run between 11:00 AM and 4:00PM so it's of no use to people arriing or leaving between those hours, so the shuttle was useless to me. Cab fare is about 15 Euro from the airport an 12Euro or so into the center of th city. |

The fact that is was located in relative proximity to the Airport that being only 10 minutes door to garage 1) My GPS device did not recognise the number of the building(indirect issue). 2) When speaking with the staff they basically sent me to the next town 15km away in the wrong direction. 3) The water pipe burst leaving brown water running through the shower. Not great as I had to catch a flight. |

Help was efficient. Most were warm. I had dinner the first night at the hotel. I received the menu and ordered an appetizer and salad. The prices on the menu indicated that I would need to pay 13 euros. Unfortunatly I did not know that due to the time I arrived (4:00 pm) I was going to pay a flat fee of 22 euros, for two plates. THis should have been explained to me as 22 euros is alot of money to pay for a salad and entree. |

I have to say that this was one of my worst stays in a hotel this year and I have spent around 6 months of 2008 in 4/5 star hotels. The staff at this hotel were poorly trained and not very respectful of its clients. One of the worst trained higher quality hotel staff that I have come across. |

Close to the airport. Very noisy. Air condition was not working and we could not open the windows due to the extremly busy street. Breakfast very expensive at 15 €/person |

-Change tranfer time to and from airport- it shold be best if transfer to airport will be available earlear in thye morning and later in the evening. |

The staff is very nice. The roooms were very nice and comfortable.The aircondition was excellent .It was nice to have coffee/tea in the room. There was very good service at the reception. They really went out of their way to help. Location is horrible - far from everything. The food at breakfast can be improved (water for tea were cold ans sometimes you had to ask for it, you had to especially request for eggs and it was hard to find help in the dining room.) |
