Plenty of food/good selection/good quality food/drinks/entertainment, excellent customer service staff in restaurant and bar. Chambermaids did a great job, reception staff sometimes unattentive, but mainly very helpful, would go again Could perhaps target British tourist market more in summer months |

Room was comfortable if basic for the grade. Price for full board was good with reasonable selection at mealtimes. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Arriving at 9 pm exactly at end of evening meal time after long journey receiption staff were unhelpful and inflexible regarding arranging any food that evening despite it being included in the price of the holiday. Packed lunches were poor. The hotel was almost exclusively occupied by German teens & 20's who were very noisy in the evenings and into the small hours. |

No tuvimos problemas con la petición de cama de matrimonio. Limpieza de la habitación buena. La hora de abandonar la habitación era a las 10h (encuentro que es temprano por lo que he visto), pero si una cosa me molesto mucho es que la señora de la limpieza nos abriera la puerta a las 9:15 sin previo aviso (pese a tener la puerta cerrada con llave y la llave puesta). |

la formule all inclusive permet de passer un agréable moment à moindre frais. le jaccuzi ne fonctionne que par intermittence et les aliments sont des premiers prix |

Hôtel très bruyant, fréquenté par une majorité de jeunes (18/25ans) faisant la fête jusque tard le soir ou plutôt tôt le matin en profitant du all inclusive. Impossible de se reposer et de dormir avant 3 heures du matin. |

Ausstattung und Möbel sind in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Es wird mit einer Chlorbrühe geputzt, alles stinkt danach. Es ist unglaublich hellhörig. Man kann im Bad, durch den Lüftungsschacht ins Nachbarbad sehen. |

Maten var jättegod, däremot så skulle man införa 14 dagars matsedel, så att vi som åker 14 dagar får olika mat, dock ingen katastrof. När vi kom kl 21.30 på kvällen, så fanns det inget ätbart att tillgå, detta borde man informera om vid bokningstillfället, så att man kan beställa det i förväg. Personal i bar och restaurang, manliga personalen i receptionen samt städpersonalen var toppen. Ansiktet utåt - receptionen (den kvinnliga delen) var under all kritik. Ointresserade och nonchalanta är lindrigt uttryckt. |

Muy buena atención del personal de recepción. Para mi gusto la ubicación es buena puesto que es una zona tranquila pero a cinco minutos andando del centro. Le hace falta una reforma urgente (al menos a la habitación que a mí me tocó, en la planta entresuelo). Los muebles son muy viejos y la habitación muy poco acogedora, aunque la cama era cómoda. Lo peor el baño. |

Las instalaciones estan bien cuidadas. La ubicación del hotel es cómoda. La zona de piscina esta muy bien (tiene 3 piscinas y jacuzzi) y la zona de ocio también. El buffet poco variado aunque cambia dia a dia. El parking esta junto al hotel pero por la parte trasera y no hay entrada de servicio, hay que andar 200 mts a la entrada del hotel. |

He tenido una habitación bastante confortable y con unas vistas muy bonitas. Y el personal del comedor eran simpaticas y muy amables. Los horarios de las comidas y cenas son demasiado temprano para las costumbres españolas. |
