The room was clean and nice, the stuff was very friendly, and the breakfest was excelent. At the first night we got twin room with two beds instead of double room with one double bed. but the stuff had switch the room after the first night. |

The staff was very friendly. They were always willing to help and were very knowledgable about the city and how to get to the places we wanted to visit. If they were not sure, they would research the information for us. |

The staff was very helpful in arranging restaurant reservations and a guided tour too nearby Montserrat. Wifi is available throughout the hotel for no additional charge. The breakfast buffet is a good way to start the day. |

Excellent location and very clean and quiet. Good breakfast and the do provide a free breakfast if you ask for the Rick Steves breakfast with your internet reservation. |

It was a clean comfortable hotel in an excellent location for our stay. The rate was more than we wanted to spend, but still reasonble. The room met our needs and was cleaned to our satifaction. The staff was very helpful to us and as touristed they helped make our stay more comfortable and managable. The room layout was not ideal... there was a pillar in an inconvenient location that made some movement cumbersome. The A/C could have been a bit better... took awhile to feel the effect due to the duct location, so it seems. |

Staff friendly and spoke english. Rooms very clean. Our room was located directly across from both the laundry room and resturant. Consequently, it was noisy. |

Very quiet, also at night (but my room faced the internal courtyard). The room was clean and it had a capacious wardrobe, the bed very comfortable. |

The hotel was in a good location close to Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas, etc. The hotel is also modern and neat. The room I had had two single beds joined together instead of a proper double bed. Also, the windows of the rooms facing the street could use more glazing for sound-proofing. |

Breakfast Buffet is just what you need to start the day well. Great location and because it is off the main street it is fairly quiet for a city centre location. Large bed, plenty of storeage and work area. Corridor carpets grotty / dirty. Sound insulation betwwen rooms not good so if your neighbour has TV loud you get disturbed |

We stayed one night only. Arrived close to midnight. Everything was clean and ready. The room was pretty big, #106. We overslept and checked out half an hour later. The stuff was liberal with this delay. The only thing was rather annoying, the elevator did not want to go with two people and three suitcases. It took some time to figure this out, for no warning was made. So we had to split. |

the sense of security - having the door opened only for hotel guests The bar across the street was very noisy and stayed open very late so we could not sleep soundly. |
