excellent facilities and location. the apartment was massive, and had everything we needed. nice deco and very comfortable. would highly recommend it. thin thin walls, and lack of ventillation in the bedroom. all else was perfect |

Nicely-furnished and comfortable apartment includes washing machine, stove as well as cooktop and microwave, Wifi etc. Adequate range of cooking implements. Very centrally located so that it's a short walk to major galleries and museums, retiro park etc. Very poor sound insulation -- meant that every footstep and moved bit of furniture sounded like it was happening right next to you. Other guests playing music, dancing and socialising until 4am or later make earplugs a necessity if you want to sleep. |

The apartment was very nice lots of room. convienent to major venues. there were many prosititutes in the area along with sex shops not a good family venue. |

Le confort de l'appartement, sa propreté, sa situation en centre ville. Le bel immeuble où il se situe. Les commerces de proximité. Le bruit des autres locataires. Par ailleurs, l'appartement est situé au rez de chaussée, donne sur la rue et n'a pas de rideaux. On y vit les volets fermés ou comme en vitrine, c'est désagréable. Tous les documents d'accueil sont en anglais ce que je trouve très désobligeant pour le client et le pays d'accueil. Il s'agissait pour moi d'un voyage de travail, j'avais besoin de me connecter à internet, le wifi ne marchait pas. |

La situación del hotel y el apartamento La ausencia de personal a partir de determinadas horas y que el manual y guía turística del apartamento esté en inglés exclusivamente, sólo unos pocos datos en español (uso del aire acondicionado y poco más), todas las indicaciones de restaurantes, lugares a visitar, teléfonos, etc. estaban en inglés. |

Su ubicación No me ha gustado el exceso de cucarachas. No existe limpieza de ninguna clase. Todas las comunicaciones están en inglés. |

Van alle gemakken voorzien, ruim genoeg voor 5 personen, goede locatie in het centrum, goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding Een klein detail is dat er maar 1 spiegel in het appartement aanwezig was, in de badkamer. Dat is onvoldoende en met 5 vrouwen zeker!! |

Lo acogedor del apartamento, que ha hecho que nos sintieramos como en casa. Estaba todo muy nuevo y limpio y no faltaba nada de nlo necesario (cafetera, tostador, plancha...) Que había que recoger la llave en un sitio y el apartamento estaba a 15 minutos y tuvimos que ir andando con las maletas. |

Estuvimos en el silva 2, es un coqueto atico de una habitacion y supercentrico a 25 metros de la gran via madrileña y a 2 min andando de la puerta del sol. Ademas la calidad/precio es muy buena |

EL propio apartamento y la situación El trato por parte del personal del apartamento. Hubo un error en la reserva que no fue nuestro y su actitud fue bastante deficiente. Además te daban la llave en un sitio y luego tenías que caminar conlas maletas hasta el apartamento, que estaba a unas diez calles. |

al ser un apartamento es mas amplio que una simple habitacion, el estilo y la decoracion es muy moderno y todo está muy muy nuevo que se pierde mucho tiempo en ir a la direccion que marcan en la pagina, cuando luego los apartamentos estan lejisimos, al lado del museo del Prado.y hay que volver a patearse todo madrid con maletas etc. |

Ducha con hidromasaje. Céntrico, cerca del metro. Salón espacioso, dormitorio estrecho. DVD. La dirección es de la oficina, luego tienes que andar 10 min. para llegar al apartamento. Las fotos son engañosas, no era así el apartamento, sino más cutre. No había sábanas, colcha ni mantas, sólo unos sacos de tela. Faltaba una cortina en una ventana a la vista de los vecinos. No hay champú. |
