Very helpful staff, apart from one! It was conveniently situated and reasonably priced. It could be noisy during the night with people on the street and I don't think the windows were double glazed. |

excellent breakfast, well situated the room was very small (even for a single room), but worst of all was that it was very, very noisy - even with the window closed you can hear everything that is happening down the street as if your bed is on the pavement... |

De locatie is prima, het ontbijt is goed en de kamers zijn prima. Leuke moderne uitstraling met een verassende muur naar de badkamer. |

Locatie is perfect, midden in het historische centrum op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Prima kamers, ok ontbijt. Al met al een goed hotel voor een stedentrip. |

Im Hotelzimmer keine Angaben über den Service, Fitnessraum, Sauna, etc. vorgefunden. Musste alles an der Rezeption erfragt werden. Dass das Hotel eine Sauna hat, wusste ich vorher nur durch die Website. Das Personal an der Rezeption war insoweit auch wenig auskunftsfreudig. |

De kamers (met name de badkamer) en het ontbijt Er waren werkzaamheden aan de weg naast het hotel. Het lawaai 's nachts van auto's die over de metalen platen reden was oorverdovend!! |

ロケーションは抜群に良い。室内も改装されていてきれい。アメニティグッズも、高級ではないが種類は豊富。 防音が十分でない。隣室の水音、廊下での話し声、上階の足音などがかなり響く。車の音もかなり気になる。音に敏感な人には不向きだろう。バスタブがなかったのが残念。 |

L'internet fonctionne par intermittence seulement. La satisfaction client n'est pas le souci premier du personnel de l'accueil (4/5 anecdotes comme par ex : pas de cendrier dans la chambre, on m'a demandé d'aller moi-même au restaurant pour en chercher un). Coupure d'électricité le matin pendant 15 min (pas toutes les chambres). |

Bom hotel, preço razoável para Madrid. Ótima localização e, como o resto da rede, a decoração é de bom gosto. A TV a cabo não estava funcionando e o ar condicionado (apesar de não ter precisado) também não. |
