Outstanding breakfast buffet and free airport shuttle made it worth the money. Make sure to call from the airport to utilize the great service both coming and going. Distance from Metro/downtown Madrid. It is a 20 minute walk to nearest Metro and then a 25-30 minute metro ride to downtown (Gran Via) |

Convenience to the airport and the large rooms with two big beds. The free airport shuttle is a big plus. The wireless internet did not work and the buffet breakfast price was very high! |

The shuttle bus service is excellent. The hotel is located adjacent to a major motorway and just a short walk to a Metro Railway station. The drink service at the bar was a little slow at times. |

Now considering it was 12 rugby players away for a long weekend (ok, we're all older members, so not your typical touring team) i thought we might've been read the riot act about suitable behaviour. But upon arrival the staff were very friendly, spoke impecable English and didn't stereotype us in any way shape or form. The rooms were well furnished and clean, the hotel grounds were very pleasant indeed. The actual hotel is set in a leafy suburb approx 10Km from the airport and 6Km from the town, the metro is within 10 minutes walking distance or a taxi will cost in the region of 16/20 euros. There's no traffic noise from either the road or the airport. All in all we were very impressed the hotel and all it's facilities, if i had to have one gripe, and it's not a major one, it would be that the swimming pool opens up at 11am, if like me you're an early riser i became easily bored, it would've been nice to have had an early morning dip. So in all i'd give the Osuna 9/10. R.Turner UK |

The hotel staff is really very friendly. The hotel is situated near a commercial center (Campo de las Naciones). The transport to and from the airport is very good. If you buy a ticket for how long you stay ( 7 days for example) you can go to the tube ( underground) Torre Arrias ( 2 stations far from Avenida de Guadalajara ) with the 105 or 153, and after that take the tube to the center (Callao). The swimming pool is really cool . The breakfast was very tasty. There is a lot of silence .Will come back soon for sure. We stayed for too short. |

Delicious breakfasts. free lifts to airport Swimming pool wasn't open - mid of June and 35 degrees. Dirty and disguisting by the way. Sunbeds tied by chain. And we can' t use them because it's before season??!! We wasn't informed about pool closing before we came. I feel cheated on it. Brudny i zamknięty basen w czerwcu przy 35 stopniach, to pomyłka. Leżaki powiązane łańcuchami. Brak informacji o o zamknięciu basenu przed przyjazdem. |

this hotel is well possitioned to the city just a short trip on the subway. the breakfast was fantatic so much to choose from. it was very hot and we had no air conditioning were only there for three nights and told every day that it was being fixed by one manager then told by another that they could only turn it on certain times of the year, and at our time it was very hot so not easy to sleep. |

We arived and leave very early in the morning so the shuttle bus and the short distance to the airport was very helpful.Also the breakfast it was really nice.Helpful staff at the reception for directions and other informations. just a litle far from the metro station and from the center. |

The staff were very friendly and helpfull and the breakfast was a good start to the day. Overall the hotel was a good experience ,but I thought for the money allthough I was comfortable enough I thought the bed could have been alot more comfortable. |

There was one receptionist who was very helpful and spoke good english. It was quite a haul to get the luggage to the room. |

I liked the atmosphere of the place, it was different for an ordinary hotel There was a swimming pool but no one would actually swim in it!! it was disgusting, not clean at all!!! don't believe the pictures. |
