Guests need to produce ID on arrival. Payment is due at check out. Deposits are not necessary, except for special events, when the hotel will inform the guest directly.
Disabled Facilities:
The entire hotel is accessible for disabled guests and all of the public areas are accessible for wheelchair users. There are several rooms available that are suitable for disabled guests with specially adapted bathrooms. These rooms are subject to availability and should be reserved directly with the hotel.

Location is great, hotel restaurant is very good. It has a very smart modern style to it. Parking is not brilliant as you have to use a public car park which costs 10 euro's a day. |

Location is OK (5 to 10 min walk to center). Excellent restaurant. Railway and bus stations nearby. Parking is public and narrow. Views are not nice. |

Está bien situado. El personal muy amable. Habitación pequeña para un 5 estrellas. Deberían revisar de antemano bien la habitación ya que no había casi perchas y el lavabo no funcionaba bien. En cuanto avisamos lo arreglaron enseguida.La televisión bastante antigua para los tiempos actuales. No creo que sea de 5 estrellas |

La sensación general del hotel, es de tranquilidad y discreción. Quizás se veís poco personal:una persona en recepción para los check-out del domingo es poco, y en el bar tenías que llamar para que te atendieran. |

Todo bien en general.Excelentemente ubicado si viaja en transporte publico. Es un detalle que el minibar sea gratuito,pero quizas seria mejor que cobraran a precios razonables y tuvieran un servicio completo. |

El personal del hotel deberia de tratar mejor a sus clientes sobre todo las recepcionistas una chica con pelo corto rizado,ya que la estancia alli es super cara.Cuando te duchas la mampara es tan pequeña que se llena el baño de agua. |

trato recibido, instalaciones, ubicacion, confort, relacion precio-calidad, todo en general estuvo muy correcto tal vez no sea un cinco estrellas completo, la noche anterior estuve en el melia maria pita de la coruña, que es un cuatro superior y ambos se pueden comparar. |

Excelente situación para cualquier desplazamiento en la ciudad. Al lado estacion ffcc y bus aeropuerto; delante calle principal. Nuevo, cómodo, mini-bar gratuito (no alcohol).Altamente recomendable. Yo siempre me alojo allí. |

Atencion de todo el personal , ubicacion frente a la calle mas comercial y cerca de la ruta de las sidrerias , buen desayuno con oferta especial , prensa. Habitaciones modernas y funcionales. El cafe , como en casi todos los hoteles. Hay que poner una NExpresso.La calle no figura en los gps , hay que poner otra. |
