A comfortable, no-nonsense hotel with good facilities (an especially good buffet breakfast) and pleasant and effciient staff. Internet connectivity - a public machine, not my own lap-top) was a bit unreliable. |

Very helpful staff. Hotel well located both for the city centre, old quarter etc and easy access to the road system for travelling elsewhere in the region Few problems with hot water on arrival (hotel carrying out maintenance) but these were sorted very quickly |

Unobtrusive atmosphere but very friendly, helpful & efficient staff with courteous & rapid check-in and check-out process. Well-intentioned reception staff would speak in English when one of the reasons I go to Spain is to practice my Spanish! |

Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la ubicación del hotel, muy cerca del casco antigüo y zona de tiendas. Desde la habitación teniamos maravillosas vistas al Naranco, y todo nevado lo mejor. Un maravilloso fin de semana. todo bien. |

Facilité d'accès, hotel bien indiqué dans Oviedo. 7minutes à pied du centre historique. Personnel à l'écoute et disponible en cas de besoin.Garage fermé et parking gratuit ( offre proposée par booking).C'est vraiment un hötel 4 étoiles. |

El hotel no está preparado para acceso con sillas de bebé ni personas con movilidad reducida. El acceso dispone de dos escalones sin rampa; y para acceder al salón dónde se sirve el desayuno es preciso hacerlo por una rampa de escaleras sin acceso mediante rampa u ascensor. Incluso la zona de cafetería y comedor tiene acceso mediante escaleras que dificulta el acceso con sillitas. Los ascensores son bastante justos de espacio. Por lo demás el personal del hotel es muy amable y el servicio que prestan bastante bueno. Las habitaciones son relativamente amplias. |

La atención recibida en recepción y la situación del hotel con respecto al casco antiguo de la ciudad. Pasamos frío en la habitación. Tienen un sistema centralizado de calefacción que no daba el servicio que se esperaba. |
