Very helpful staff. Hotel well located both for the city centre, old quarter etc and easy access to the road system for travelling elsewhere in the region Few problems with hot water on arrival (hotel carrying out maintenance) but these were sorted very quickly |

Unobtrusive atmosphere but very friendly, helpful & efficient staff with courteous & rapid check-in and check-out process. Well-intentioned reception staff would speak in English when one of the reasons I go to Spain is to practice my Spanish! |

la amabilidad del personal en recepcion el bufet del desayuno deja mucho,mucho que desear, esta a 5 minutos del centro pero en cuesta, con lo cual volver al hotel se hace eterno.necesita reforma en habitaciones. el baño muy bien. |

Ja estive dezenas de vezes no Hotel Ramiro I, antes e após integrar a cadeia Ayre, creio que, se não tivesse gostado, não voltava tantas vezes. Pelo menos uma funcionária da recepção, a quem pedi, atenpadamente que reservasse mesa para jantar no dia 3/09, no restaurante asador de aranda, ao final da tarde decidi perguntar a outra colega se a reserva estava feita, se a colega tinha passado o assunto, nada! Não havia qualquer reserva feita. No dia seguinte, a funcionária estava a trabalhar pela manhá e nem se escusou ou pediu desculpa pelo lapso cometido. Bom, falta de profissionalismo. Bom, esta funcionária que esteve ao serviço no passado dia 3, pelas 14 horas e no dia 4 período da manhá prima necessariamente pela falta de simpatia, ou estaria nuns dias dificieis, claro, mas o cliente não tem culpa! |

Sobre todo la ubicacion.Esta cerca de todas partes.Tanto para hacer compras como para ir a la zona de sidrerias.Sobre todo, destacar que tanto el acceso como la salida lo tiene inmejorable. El trato ha sido muy correcto las habitaciones estaban bien, pero tampoco destacaria nada en especial. |
