Nos ha resultado muy cómodo por su ubicación, próxima a la estación de RENFE y en el centro de Oviedo. La habitación que ocupamos era interior, lo cual es una ventaja a la hora de descansar ya que no hay ruidos. |

Lo mejor es la ubicación, el el centro de oviedo, imposible de mejorar. Buena calidad, acorde con sus estrellas.Hospitalidad de los trabajadores, aunque no nos ayudaron en ningún momento con las maletas a pesar de que llevábamos además dos niños pequeños (esto sí es mejorable). Bien, pero es un hotel de pin y pon... Muy pequeñas las habitaciones, para ir con niños, la cama supletoria hacía perder todo el espacio para moverte por la habitación. Lo peor son sus miniarmarios, y el que no había sitio para colocar las maletas. No tiene parking, has de aparcar el coche en el parking público de enfrente, lo bueno es que tienen concierto con el hotel y cobran 12 euros día. |

Está muy céntrico, te permite ir a pie a todo el casco antigüo y zonas más representativas de la ciudad. Hotel muy pequeñito, nos dieron la habitación junto al ascensor, por lo que sufrimos muchos ruidos. Las paredes estaban sucias. |

Que se encuentre en el centro de la ciudad y tenga un aparcamiento muy cerca, aunque éste sea un poco caro. Y también el excelente trato del personal, tanto de recepción como de limpieza. Que la habitación que yo he tenido (302) tuviera para el inhodoro un espacio pequeño e incómodo y el precio del desayuno (+ de 7 €) que me parece excesivo. |

Sobre todo el trato del personal. Muy buenas instalaciones para ser 3 estrellas. Al viajar con 2 niños nos dieron una habitación superior para tener más espacio, sin coste añadido, a pesar de tener que encargarse de cambiar cama supletoria. Si tuviera cafetería sería perfecto, pero al estar tan centrico hay de todo a pocos metros. |

Principalmente la ubicación del hotel y la amabilidad del servicio, nos cambiaron de habitación sin problemas y siempre nos atendieron con una sonrisa. La primera habitación que nos dieron (de fumadores) tenía quemados de colillas en la alfombra y cama. |

proximidade do parque de estacionamento subterraneo e localização central. Staff bastante atencioso. Mais pressão nas tubagens de água. Correcção das tubagens e seu isolamento acustico pois ouvia-se vibração das tubagens de abastecimento de água quando utilizavam a rede. |

zeer prettige en correcte, goed engels sprekende receptie medewerker op de dag van aankomst in de omschrijving staat in centrum van oude stad, maar het hotel ligt er net naast en dat was bij aankomst een domper, gelukkig kwam het goed want de oude stad ligt op loopafstand. |

hotel bien situé, propre et finalement assez calme malgré le bruit possible du quartier. Le personnel fait des efforts pour parler un peu anglais. le petit déjeuner est trop cher (buffet à 7,5 euros), alors qu'un petit déjeuner standard dans un restaurant à côté coûte à peine 3 euros. L'accès en voiture est vraiment difficile (une seule route possible) qui devrait être mieux présenté sur leur site internet. |
