The location, right in the heart of Oviedo yet within a minutes' walk of the bus and railway stations, and surrounded by useful shops, cafes, bars and restaurants; efficiency, friendliness and local knowledge of staff; ease of check-in and -out; whilst part of a chain, it feels individual enough. Relaxed and informal breakfast experience with a balanced variety of items on offer. I don't mind the post-modern decor, but the carpet needs changing (certainly on floor 3) and possibly a revision of style. Storage in the room not great: cumbersome, rickety wardrobe that kept catching my fingers between the doors and the drawers. An armchair in the room would be appreciated. But on balance I think we'd go back to the 'Marcos' |

The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was very good. The reception staff were very helpful. The hotel was near the station (nice walking distance) and the main streets. The beds were not very soft. The wall paper of the room was a little too vivid for relaxing. |

The rooms were a reasonable size and in good condition. The location was excellent (very central). The bathrom facilities were good. The milk at breakfast was some horrible, sterilised kind of milk, rather than fresh milk. The young man on reception was friendly and very helpful, but the older guys less so. |

la ubicacion es muy centrica. el aire acondicionado de la habitacion interior del primer piso no enfria nada, hacia mucha calor incluso al abrir las ventanas no corria aire, ya que daba a un patio donde estaban todos los aparatos de aire acondicionado,menos mal que con al ventana cerrada nos e oian mucho aconsejo habitaciones mas altas |

El personal no sólo es gentil, sino que tiene competencia y voluntad de ofrecer información para hacer más grata la estadía en Oviedo. El desayuno es de buena calidad y las instalaciones y servicios cumplen con creces las tres estrellas. |

La ubicación en pleno centro de la ciudad. El personal ha sido muy amable. El calor de la habitación, quizás relacionado con su ubicación en la última planta del edificio. Necesita una reforma, es un poco antiguo. |

La ubicacion centrica y el trato del personal en concreto de la Srta. Cristina. El parking justo enfrente del hotel y lo amables que son los encargados del msimo. La falta de aire acondicionado en habitaciones.Por lo demas nos ha gustado todo. |

El personal es muy atento y ayuda a que la visita a la ciudad sea una experiencia agrable. El diseño es interesante. El parking que tienen acordado cuesta 10 €/día Los ruidos de las tuberias.No tiene aire acondicionado en la habitación. |
