Service, design, hotel staff Parking tex (or s'thing like) that is close by the hotel but incredibly difficult to use: you need to access through a very narrow corridor with your car to go up and down with a very very high risk of hitting the car with walls and columns. Pretty incredible that the parking is allowed to have such facilities... Every car in the parking was having problems to go up or down. |

The Hotel is very sweet & nice, old style, old building, very pretty, but most of the rooms are not quite big... which doesnt bother us. It is located directly in a small narrow pretty, but touristic alley with a lot of bars, so there could be the usual vivid street-noise... which we appreciated much! Its located very central, and you can reach every point very comfortable. Maybe a little bit too expensive... |

The hotel is well located. The main sites (Alhambra) is a short bus ride away (don't try walking, save your energy for the tour). Restaurants and tapas bars are nearby. Street noise can be a problem so ask for a quiet room at the back of the hotel. This is a charming hotel in a safe area. Staff were very courteous and helpful. |

Mit sehr viel Geschmack gestaltetes Hotel in der Toplage der Altstadt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Nette Lokale gleich um die Ecke, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Tolles Ambiente. Waren zum zweiten mal hier und würden es wieder buchen. Obwohl wir das größte Zimmer hatten, recht klein. Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel nicht vorhanden. Das vom Hotel empfohlene (teure) Parkhaus liegt zwar am nächsten, ist aber eine echte Herausforderung. Wer hier im Sommer parkt, ist nicht nur wegen der unerträglich stickigen Hitze reif für die Dusche und/oder Autowerkstatt. Besser eine andere Parkmöglichkeit suchen! |

La rue De los Navas est très bruyante de 21 heures à 2 heures du matin. L'accès en voiture pour déposer les bagages est très difficile. |

El trato del personal del hotel es realmente excelente y les felicito por ello La relacion calidad precio no es buena. Se paga en exceso que está céntrico pero le faltan cosas para poder pedir ese precio por habitación como un desayuno bastante mejor, sala de televisión, e insonorización d las habitaciones |

Zeer aangenaam hotel, parking vlakbij, biedt de mogelijkheid om alle bezienswaardigheden te voet te bereiken, mooie kraaknette kamer en badkamer. Totaal geen hinder van lawaai op andere kamers. Zeer rustig binnen het hotel. Receptioniste die zeer klantvriendelijk was en nog de moeite deed om gasten een zo comfortabel mogelijk verblijf te garanderen. De buurt is inderdaad wat rumoerig vermits het hotel midden in het stadscentrum ligt. Jammer dat een uitstekend ontbijt geserveerd wordt in de kelderverdieping met niet voldoende zitplaatsen. Een paar hotelgasten die kwamen ontbijten moesten wachten tot een tafeltje vrij kwam...... |

Loger dans un ancien palais, en plein centre de Grenade dans une rue piétonne très animée avec des bars a tapas, le rêve, quoi. Une décoration sobre et de très bon gout, une très belle chambre au troisième, charmante, bien que peu éclairée par une petite fenêtre. Service impeccable, très bon petit déjeuner. le bruit, mais si on vit à l'heure andalouse, pas vraiment un problème... |

Le lieu idéal pour une visite de la ville. Les chambres sont très belles et bien équipées. Aucune isolation phonique entre les chambres. Notre tête de lit donnait sur la salle de bain de la chambre contigüe, je vous passerai les détails de ce que nous entendions dans les wc d'à côté.... |

Der var en meget venlig atmosfære. De ansatte var meget hjælpsomme og imødekommende; ikke mindst fik vi meget hjælp fra de ansatte i receptionen. Det var en fin morgenbuffeten - igen med venlige ansatte. Eneste minus var en del nattestøj fra gaden. |

Muy agradable y,en general, tranquilo. Bien situado, ideal para recorrer la ciudad andando. Es un hotel atractivo y decorado con mucho gusto, la rehabilitación del antiguo palacio es excelente. Ruído nocturno en Viernes noche, quizás casual por la cercanía de la Semana Santa. |

Die Atmosphäre war sehr schön, sehr stilvoll. Großes Zimmer mit vielen Fenstern. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Zentrale Lage. In den beiden Straßen am Hotel ging es Abends sehr laut zu. Nichts für geräuschempfindliche Leute. |

Très bel hôtel mais situé dans un endroit excentrée et très difficile d'accès,sinon très belle décoration et personnel très à l'écoute mais insuffisant Le manque de personnel surtout au petit déjeuner nous nous sommes installés et nous sommes servis seuls,la personne de service est arrivée 20 minutes après car il n'y avait plus de table de libre pour d 'autres clients. |

Está muy bien situado si quieres salir de cañas y no te importa el ruido. Otra ventaja es que en la esquina del hotelpara autobuses que suben hasta la Alhambra y al Almaicín. El personal del hotel de lo peor que he visto. No te informan de nada. Ni de que parking podías meter el coche en el parking aunque esté completo (me abonaron la diferencia), que el aire solo es caliente, me intentaron convencer de que si no funcionaba el wifi era por mi ordenador y por mi IP cuando el problema era suyo claramente. |

La beauté du bâtiment, son charme, le goût de son aménagement.La très courtoise efficacité du personnel de la réception . Le fait aussi que tout l'hôtel soit "non fumeur" Le bruit de la circulation dans la rue ne permet pas de dormir fenêtre ouverte. Il faudrait limiter la vitesse (avec des ralentisseurs?).Dommage que les serviettes de toilettes soient changées (inutilement) chaque jour |
