The hotel staff was very helpful. We got an upgraded room, and all facilities were exellent. Their present-wine and books- for our honeymoon was impressive. |

We loved the layout of the rooms in the rear section of the hotel. The cooling white was a great relief to the searing heat outside. |

excellent location, amazing building very well transformed in a luxuriously romantic design hotel. The personnel in both hotel and the restaurant were very helpful ,friendly and polite. The restaurant was really good. |

The room: Wonderful-very contempoary-loved the floor to ceiling glass interior walls and the white decor with marble- the bath and shower were large and unusual in designed- the bed was very large and comfortable-bedside tables in marble looked great when lit. The spa: well organised and relaxing. The staff: very polite and extremely helpful. Not really, if I have to make a remark it was just the lack of comfortable sitting in the bar area, but this was no big deal. |

Room was 60% discounted for the winter period. At 130Euros per night it was a fantastic bargin. The hotel upgraded our room to 'double superior', in the old part of the hotel, since it was our anniversary - very nice touch and beautiful room. The spa was free (which in my experience is unusual, even in a top-class hotel) - and very relaxing. The restaurant .... |

We enjoyed everything, service, rooms, staff all was excellent - couldn´t find a fault even if i tried....if only I could stay longer to enjoy the day. I would recommend anyone who stays here to check in as early as possible and leave as late as you can to reap the full benefits of this excellent boutique hotel! :-) A true 5* service! I would defintely book another stay again and again etc..! Hotel parking was fine, however some clear signs in the car park would be helpful to direct you to the reception..otherwise it can become a little labyrinth. However, hotel staff were helpful in showing us the right way and escorting us to reception and to our room. |

Nice room. Good service. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Good restaurant. Most of the musea, monuments etc. are at walking distance. No complaints. I only found it strange that the safety deposit box was not attached to the floor or the wall. |

Excellent staff , good location. The food at night in the restaurant was as good as any Michelin starred restaurant I have eaten in,and very reasonably priced. The rooms were very comfortable, but a little oddly designed. Shower was superb slightly disappointed with the " Leisure Facilities " pool too small too swim and too cold for relaxing, not one thing or the other |

Very central and lovely building. the food was superb. Everything was provided in the lotions department and we felt very comfortable. the spa was very relaxing. Make sure you book your Al Hambra trip and the Flamenco evening through the hotel, or you may not get a ticket |

Big comfortable bed, nice toiletries, friendly staff, good location Indoor pool is only for sitting, not big or deep enough to swim - this is not made clear in the publicity. Breakfast expensive. Room rather hot. |

The only problem I had was the fact that the sauna was not working whilst we stayed there and I dont think the menu at the restaurant was varied. There were no fish dishes as the main course and not much for vegetarians which is why we ate out elsewhere. |

We stayed for 3 nights in the new ultra-modern wing and were treated like royalty. Incredible design of the rooms, outdoor spaces, fountains, even the spa - all make you feel like you are on a moon vs. Granada. Very different! Bu definitely a winner! Too far from Alhambra and the historic center. |

This smart and elegant hotel is located next to the congress palace, just a short walk from Granada's old quarter. It boasts traditional-style, luxurious gardens, where you can relax in the afternoon. |
Situated in the centre of Granada, this establishment is housed in a large building of natural stone construction. |
Come and enjoy the Moorish splendour of the Alhambra – one of Europe’s most remarkable buildings – from this hotel, set right outside the ancient walls of the palace itself. |
Recently renovated the historic building that is the home of the hotel Hesperia Granada, providing fantastic accommodation in the heart of the old town. |
