Location is good for the beaches of El Sardeniro however no ocean views This hotel was very run down, staff were very hesitant to help with advice about the area. The curtains in the room were mouldy, shower was falling apart and there was hair in the bathroom. Water also smelt. Worst thing about it was the hunting collection displayed on the walls including the skins of a cheeta |

Spacious suite. Good location, walking distance to beaches and parks. Availability of pool until late at night. Reception staff were courteous and efficient. Noisy plumbing. Absence of a coffee-maker / kettle. |

The hotel was very clean in the public areas as well as the room. The room was large with a sitting room with a double sofa bed as well as a large double bedroom. The gym and swimming pool next to the hotel was very friendly and welcomed us to use all the facilities. The hotel was almost an hours walk from Santander centre, in the Sardinaro area of the town. |

The Hotel is centrally located, about 2 blocks from the beach and nice restaurants. Our suite was very large and we were able to have 4 in a room without any problems at all. Warning, the sports complex is right next door so if you should stay on a night there's an event I'd assume that it would be fairly busy and noisey. |

Although no leisure facilities are provided at the hotel, the next door leisure centre (hotel guests free) was very good. Also very close to a wonderful beach. Alittle out of central Santander but thats not always a bad thing. |

Staff only. Unsecured patio doors, dirty bed linen, holes in bed linen, the rust and mold in the bathrooms, the tiny room for five, the leak in the ceiling, split loors and skirting boards, not suibtable for children in anyway depite knowing they are part of the group, filthy carpets making baby's skin go black with dirt, having to move rooms and finding the new room no better... |

La proximidad a la playa No es lo que suelo encontrar en un hotel de 4*. No pasta de dientes, no gel... sólo una pastilla de jabón. |

Le style très particulier de l'établissement et la décoration qui met l'accent sur la tauromachie - Les suites confortables a un prix abordable et l'accueil prévenant Dommage qu'avec de telles prestations les toilettes soient encore logées dans la salle de bains, à coté de la baignoire! |

Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas. Precio bueno. Para ser un 4* está algo descuidado, la limipieza está bien, pero el mantenimiento de las habitaciones deja un poco que desear. |

Cercano a la playa y estadio de El Saridenero, habitación con salón, gimnasio con piscina cubierta. Es necesario coger el coche o transporte público para llegar al centro de Santander. |

La comodidad, el silencio y la amplitud de las habitaciones. La conexión adsl wifii era deficiente, con interrupocioes a cada momento y con tarjetas de pago por tiempo. Imposible trabajar con el ordenador. A estas alturas dicho servicio tendría que estar incluido en el precio o tener como alternativa conexión a cable de red en la habitación, conexión que no existía. |
