Excellent stop over on the way to Bilbao ferry - only 20 mins drive. The room was fabulous, real luxury! Fabulous balcony with view over local countryside. Restaurant was not open on the night we stayed, (wednesday) and all that was available was a selection of bar snacks. We were not aware of anywhere else locally to eat. (Perhaps the consierge could advise, if we had asked) Breakfast was very good. |

The excelllent size of the room. The pool and the outdoor private seating area were appreciated extras as was the very good meal in the restaurant. |

The location was very nice and the hotel room was of a high standard. We had dinner in the restaurant however this fell a long way below our expectations. A bit of a disappointment. |

Quiet, clean, spacious and elegant This is not your fault--For reasons unclear, the cab fare price to the airport, a very short drive, was the same as to downtown city center. |

La tranquilidad que se respira, tanto en el exterior como en el interior. Es bonito y por dentro el mobiliario de retrotrae a otras épocas, pero con gusto. Me ha gustado todo, la piscinita es una gozada, yo subiría un par de grados la temperatura |

Hotel très propre, très confortable. Malgré le grand nombre de chambres, aucun bruit: le calme total! Le personnel était très attentionné. Le restaurant était aussi très bien. Les anfants ont bien apprécié la piscine. Nous ne parlons pas du tout espagnol. A l'accueil, on nous a très bien répondu en français et anglais; cependant, au restaurant, un des serveuses ne parlait ni français ni anglais, ce qui compliquait un peu les choses... |

Me han gustado la tranquilidad y el trato amable. La comida muy bien, y las habitaciones amplias y confortables. El hotel tiene bastantes servicios así que no hechamos de menos nada que nos pudiese hacer falta. Repetiremos. |

Nous avons apprécié le calme, la discrétion et l'efficacité du personnel. C'est un hôtel magnifique mais difficile à trouver sans GPS. Le petit déjeuner est à la hauteur des prestations. |

La situación en los montes vascos, en medio de zonas verdes y muy cerca de una gran ciudad y su aeropuerto. El edificio también nos gustó mucho ya que no es un hotel de arquitectura moderna. La primera vez cuesta algo encontrarlo ya que falta señalización desde la carretera |

Habitaciones muy amplias,decoracion muy cuidada, cama tamaño King size, baño con bañera y ducha, insonorizadas, tranquilidad, cerca de Bilbao pero retirado del bullicio de la ciudad, esta a tan solo quince minutos en coche del centro de Bilbao |
