Good location near Plaza Mayor and town center. Nice room and bathroom with good central heating. Cafe/bar inside hotel premises (ground floor) and accessible from street. Helpful staff. Main line station and bus terminal 10 mins walk from hotel. Taxi rank 3 mins. Supermarket across the road. Wasn't a problem for us, but the lift is very small. |

Las ventanas son de aluminio y no cerraban bien, con lo que el frío se colaba a la habitación. En la habitación olía a las tuberías del wc. |

A localização é otima, o centro da cidade é muito agradável para se conhecer á pé. Cafeteria do hotel e uma no mesmo prédio muito boas. Ao chegar no Hotel não havia reserva de estacionamento no local, queriam que deixassemos o carro com nossas malas num parking público, depois de muito trabalho, nos conseguiram uma vaga, e pagamos normalmente. |

Buena relación calidad/precio. El resto de hoteles que conocemos de Palencia son más caros y bastante peores que éste. La cafetería es excelente. Son mejores las habitaciones con cama de matrimonio que las de dos camas. El aislamiento acústico es pésimo. |

La situación es muy centrica y al lado de todo. Limpieza y confortable. La calefacción un poco alta, sobre todo en el vestíbulo y el ambientador de la habitación no era agradable. |

Comodidad de la habitación y amplitud de la misma Aunque indican que hay wifi en todo el hotel, en la habitación no ha habido forma de conectarse a la señal, además la calidad de la señal es escasa. |

Habitación corrrecta. Nadie nos molestó. En el pasillo ofrecian botellines de agua gratis (de agradecer). El de recepcion precisa un cursillo de buenos modales, de atención. Creo que logre entrar al garage de casualidad. Cuando se lo indique al de recepcion me indico que procuraba no dar demasidas explicaciones para que la gente no se liara (a mi me lió). Adivina, adivinanza. Al dia siguiente estuvo más correcto, mandó a un chaval acompañando a mi mujer hasta el coche del garaje e incluso le ayudo ha meter las cosas en el coche. Es posible que cuando llegué, el de recepción tuviera un momento malo, sin más. |
