It was very clean because it was so new. Absolutely terrible directions from web site - poor signage inside hotel - lost from car park to hotel entrance. |

El personal de la recepcion por la noche es excelente. En mi ultima estancia alli (mes de diciembre 09) han tenido un problema importante con la calefaccion y el agua caliente, algo inadmisible en un sitio tan frio como Palencia. El personal de la recepcion por la noche intento resolver el problema, pero al dia siguiente me cambie de hotel, porque no es logico estar alojado en un hotel y no poder bañarse con agua caliente o pasar frio. Esto no ocurrio en mis anteriores estancias alli, pero como precaucion no volvere en invierno por alli. |

La habitación era amplia y soleada, pero desagradable llegar y la taza del water tenia sorpresa y muy gorda...tambien nos encontramos con restos de cosas de las personas que la habian utilizado,...fueron amables y lo arreglaron pero el personal de limpieza volvio a olvidar cosas en la habitación... |

solo pasé una noche pero me gustó su fácil acceso y aunque no sea céntrico, está muy cera del centro. se puede ir a pié. Quizás en mi habitación eché en falta un sillón en una esquina que estaba vacía. |

El personal de la recepcion salva la situacion de hotel malo. El hotel nuevo, pero frio e impersonal El desayuno buffet, si eso es un desayuno buffet, es que nunca han estado en un hotel donde se sirve un verdadero desayuno a buffet, mal atendido, sin productos, Las hab. Totalmente desmanteladas dos camas y ya, sin apoya maletas,ni frigobar el baño sin lugar para apoyar nada,sin cambio de tohallitas higuienicas, bueno vamos un hotel para no recomendar. Dos estrellas y son muchas. |
