La situació de l'hotel és perfecta per a visitar Palma. L'habitació era amplia i comfotable. L'esmorçar és de calitat amb varietat més que correcta per a l'esmorçar continental. Molt recomable. |

La bona comunicació que hi ha entre l´aeroport i el centre de la ciutat. És un hotel molt centric i aprop de tots els llocs d´interès turístic. La gent del hotel és molt amable i les instalacions podrien ser d´un 4 estrelles. El esmorçar-buffet excellent. La televisió és molt petita en proporció a les dimensions de l´habitació, ja que es molt gran i no es veu bé desde el llit. La nostra habitació era de 3 persones i només n´hi havien utensilis per 2 persones. La dutxa estava espatllada i sortia aigua per la junta del mànec. |

location is very good, close to the shops and sights, but not the best hotel in the city. Rooms very basic, noisy; poor breakfast, reception very small and nowhere to relax apart from the room, very poor decor, poor value for money, air conditioning not working, bathroom very basic, and the beds were hard. |

The location in the hear of Palma, smart building, spacious rooms, we also had a balcony with (distant) views of the harbour. The staff speak English and are very helpful. Great choice for breakfast. |

The hotel is in an excellent central Palma location-great for exploring all the local sights, the old town and shopping. The staff are helpful and, on the whole, courteous. The Almudaina is also close to bus links which take you to the beach in 30mins. The smell of smoking sometimes pervaded our room. Not sure if it was coming from the air conditioning or from the roof garden which was one floor above us. |

Its in a very central position so we enjoyed being able to walk to all the galleries, sights and shops. The cleanliness standards were high and the staff were welcoming and obliging. We stayed an extra night at the end of our holiday to continue our cultural visits. |

Central location, free Wi-Fi, good breakfast, nice roof-top terrace, appealing interior design of room, comprehensive toiletry The room was indeed "spacious", but it certainly was not "well-lit" as the description of the hotel says - actually there was hardly any daylight! (At the end of the room there was a narrow extension that went around a corner and only at the end of this nook there was a small window though which some indirect daylight reached the room.) The sound-proofing was a bit poor. (I could hear the effluents and pushing of chairs from above.) In the morning there was a big cockroach on the wall above the room door. |
