La taille des chambres, le confort de celles ci. La proximité de la ville Pas d'activité sportive, Spa et piscine intérieure catastrophique. Propreté du jardin a revoir. La restauration dans l'hôtel n'est pas engageante. La chaleur dans l'ascenseur proche piscine |

Excellent pool, good terrace restaurant offering quality food at realistic price. The rooms were extremely clean with pleasant decor and fittings. It was situated very close to the airport and all amenities so ideal for a city break We had to move rooms after the first night due to not being able to sleep as we were directly over the nightclub - we suspect anyone using a booking service were allocated these rooms as another couple had also had to move. The pool side bar was very expensive which was reflected by the number of people drinking and eating - we used it as little as possible. |

Superb views over the bay and cathedral from the front facing rooms, excellent room cleaning and pillow turn down service. You hardly saw the hotel room maids. |

A classy hotel in a good location for Palma centre without the noise and bus stops to commute around the island were just outside . Great outdoor salt water pool. The indoor pool and gardens were not desirable and out of keeping with the rest of the hotel. |

great location 20mins walk into old town,great sunloungers,nice pool,staff really helpful.Overall lovely hotel.Did not eat here, opted for a cheap breakfast at next hotel,8euro, rather than paying 30euro pp. expensive drinks and being woken at 730 every morning by the houskeeping trolley going back and to... this could easily be resolved by laying cheap carpets |

We were made very welcome by everyone at the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were excellent as was the food. Everything you need for a perfect city break. |

Ich hatte Glück und erhielt ein sehr schönes Zimmer in einem der oberen Stockwerke. Die Zimmerausstattung ist auf einem hohen Niveau und vermittelte eine gewisses "Well being". Echte 5 Sterne und was nicht selbstverständlich ist in Spanien. Typisch Spanien: Reparaturen und Instandhaltung wird nicht sehr gewissenhaft gepflegt. So war zwar ein CD-Spieler vorhanden, nur ließ sich sich keine CD einlegen. Ein Stuhl war defekt und ich hatte plötzlich die Armlehne in der Hand. Obwohl das für die Putzfrau offensichtlich zu sehen war, war es auch drei Tage später noch nicht repariert. |

Los desayunos y el personal. El primer día nos sirvieron comida en mal estado, nos cambiaron el plato pero igualmente nos cobraron la comida. Después nos enviaron un detalle a la habitación. |

Un poco lejos del centro, pero bien situado para salir por la noche. Instalaciones un poco antiguas. Excesivo precio para los servicios prestados, para ser un hotel de esta categoría no deberían cobrar extra por el uso de servicios tales como la conexión a internet. Detalle muy feo, cobran la estancia por adelantado. |
