Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, amazing breakfast buffet - excellent food, beautiful pools and gardens - v clean. Wonderful all round. |

The spa was excellent, email/enternet room, great staff. Food was also good. The decor is old fashioned, no pool bar to mingle around, no turn down service , no free drinking water in the room.no kettle/tes/coffee in room. Not enough english Tv channels, not enough hanging space in cupboard. Not enough soap supplied,. No morning newspaper in room, the lifts were slow and confusing. General maintaince in rooms need improving, ie When did somone clean the a/c filters in the room air return? |

This hotel is excellent, away from the down town loud nite life, a short bus or taxi fare away. taxi stand very close. not much time waiting.Great spa this is an exsperence in it self.Good value for money.we would stay there again and have already recomended it to others. |

La situation geographique de l hotel vis a vis de la ville Le service n'est pas à la hauteur des étoiles annoncées.De plus les équipements sont très mal entretenu notament au SPA.Carrelage décollé, manque de nettoyage au sol et carrelage des la piscine, douche hors service ainsi que les bain bouillonant dans la piscineil a fallu que j'intervienne pour faire ma chambre pas de service de déchargement des valisese.Le.gruphotel suite et spa de la plage de Palma est de loin de meilleur conseille;vous ne ne proposez pas .Pas de formule buffet qui reste de loin la modernité dans la restauration |

Super lækkert pool og spa område. Rigtig god morgenmadsbuffet. Deres morgenmad serveret på værelset er pinlig dårlig. |

Uitstekende ontvangst.Zeer vriendelijk personeel. (behulpzaam en efficient). Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid met een veel keuze. Alle faciliteiten waren zeer goed. |

lo mejor es el spa aunque lo cierran muy temprano por la noche: a las 21h. El hotel és el típico edificio macro de los años 60 y está bastante lejos del centro |
