Le rapport qualité/prix réellement intéressant : réservation avait été faite via le site www.booking.com Trois jours seulement sans repas à l'hôtel sont insuffisants pour juger mais l'ensemble de notre séjour fut 100% satisfaisant. Une animation un peu moins "3ème âge" le soir dans le lobby pourrait certainement être un plus pour cet hôtel. |

Situation privilégiée face à la baie de palma, et un personnel très aimable et très compétant. En raison d'une forte chaleur environ 35degrés, la climatisation de la chambre était insuffisante, à voir lors de températures extérieures plus modérées. |

We wanted a relaxing break. The location of the hotel is wonderful.Rooms a little dated, clean, we had a room to the back, there is a night club at street level and the noise went on until 7 am friday and saturday nights, as we live in a city this did not annoy us as we are accustomed to traffic and noise at night. I would stay there again, staff is buisness like and pleasant. Good value for money, would have liked Wi-Fi roaming in the hotel. (pay only) |

A fabulous location overlooking all the superyachts in the marina. Lots of selection for eating. A bit noisy on a Friday night due to parties in the street and in the local bars. |

Food was excellent. Close to city, shops, restaurants. Nice hotel with a good spa but you need shower cap, unless you want to pay three euros. |

The hotel is in an ideal location in Palma City. We found the hotel was a very clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and full of local knowledge. The swimming pool area and spa were excellent. Our seaview room was very clean with an excellent views of the harbour. We found nothing at the hotel which we didnt like. |

I liked the staff in the restuarant and bar areas and at reception and I liked the reception area it was lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Although the room was clean I felt it was a but dated and in need of re- decoration but this is just my observation. |

The hotel staff were really helpful and did their best to make things good despoite the weather. Check-in took a long time as there were only 2 people on the desk. Cleaning could have been better - found a cork on the floor a couple of days after arrival that wasn't ours. |

The hotel is in a great location overlooking the marina and bay of Palma. It is easy to walk into the city centre from the hotel. However there are taxi and bus transport also available just in front of the hotel entrance. |
