La seva ubicació, aprop del centre de Palma. El tracte personal tant a recepció com a la cafeteria. La primera habitació adjudicada no funcionaba l´aire acondionat. A la segona habitació: la banyera era molt alta (58 cms.) Varem avisar i van arreglar inmediatament que no dasaigüaba be. Els comandaments i la mànega de la dutxa poc funcional.Temperatura AA baixa (21,5º). Endolls al mig del pas a la habitació. Falta de penjadors. La pica del lavabo no desaigüa be... Habitació 1404. |

Nice hotel and couldn't be more central! The cafe downstairs serves great coffee and light food but is not expensive. Room was really modern and comfortable, we especially liked the trendy bathroom. |

The electrics (lighting switches diabolical) Lost complete power 1st night, had to move room, being Sunday no engineer available. See above, suggest urgent review switching arrangements!! |

The rooms were very good; well decorated, clean and modern. The location was good and the city centre and shops were easy to reach on foot. The bar and restaurant were not inviting. If you like hotel breakfasts and meals don't stay there. |

location, breakfast, cleanliness the shower stick. it was not an overhead shower but a stick on a long tube which one pulled out of the socket on the bath. found this awkward to use. no shower gel available. asked chambermaid but she did not have any. restaurant too expensive for out pocket for dinner |

Well situated, right next to Plaza España trains and buses and an easy stroll into Plaza Mayor and the old centre. Modernised building, gleaming marble etc. The room was very small, completely filled with an enormous bed (no bad thing really - bed very comfortable), but 8cm between bed and furniture on route to bathroom is not really adequate passage. Bathroom very stylish, but no way of hanging posh shower attachment up meaning if you want a shower it´s one-handed or with a helper! Result: very wet bathroom. Despite this, I would stay again and ask for a shower next time. |

We had an absolutely lovely hotel room which a great modern living area and very comfortable queen size bed and it was in the perfect location about a minutes walk from the coach and train station :) |

Decor modern ,minimal and tasteful and the location to Airport Bus and within walking distance of all Palma attractions. Very cleancrisp sheets! Our rooom for two friends sharing was a little small which I believe was the general standard (fine for a couple though) If you can get a corner room they are excellant in fact out of this world. The bathroom had excellant facilities but a hand held shower over bath which for my personal taste a bit of a let down. |

Excellant location for bus / rail links (airport bus is just over the road 2 Euros forget Taxis! )also good location for walking to all of the attractions Palma Has to Offer. Modern / Boutique simple clean decor. Corner bedrooms are excellant no one could possibily complain about anything! |

everything was excellent about this hotel. the service was very nice, the room was spacious with a high ceiling, and it was really comfortable. I wish we had more time to enjoy the pool facilities. |

It was very central- only minutes walk from the train and bus station and all city buses were within 5 mins. walk. The staff were very courteous and helpful. |

The service is good and room is new and clean The queen suite room which promoted online is totoally different from the pics on website. The soap is greasy hard to clean anything.bathtub water deosnt come from the waterhose.and as its shown online we will have city view.we got no view at all.the room is really really small which is totoally different from what we expected from immagines |

The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly every time we spoke to them without exception. It would have been nice if we'd been allowed to open the window (but there was air conditioning, so it wasn't really a problem). |

New hotel with good location in Palma, just outside of the old town and close to most things. Friendly staff and service. However somewhat understaffed, no one to help with luggage for example. Room has a nice window nische which makes it feel more spacious. Modern design albeit with cheap furniture copies of design classics in lobby. Paid a low intro rate of Euro 90 for which is was very good value. Good but somewhat pricey breakfast. Note that they dont have any rooms with twin beds only queens. I travelled with a friend and we had decided to share room but had to share bed as well. There was no info about this prior to booking. |

The Hotel was beside the Tourist Office and in the perfect spot for exploring the city and shopping. We arrived at the Hotel at 10:30pm and we were given a dirty room with used sanitary products in the bin.The room was also missing toilet roll,towels and shampoo.We rang reception and this was rectified but we did not receive an apology or an offer of any recompense. |

The view from 1 of the rooms I booked..the other was very bad. I stayed in Majorca for 10 days in a palma nova hotel near magaluf. My 7 year old had not been well, so we thought we would find 4 star accommodation nearer the Airport. We looked online and thought this would be an exciting experience..however the hotel was dark and dingy..there were no towels..the dressing gown in bathroom stank of cigarettes..i don't smoke! The room 1511 was very noisy..i would definitely not say this was a 4 star hotel.i asked if there was English tv channel when booking as my 7 year old was unwell and thought it would make the stay for her more pleasant if we could watch tv in bed..but there was only 1 channel sky news..i called reception for help but they could not rectify this situation. |

The hotel location on the Plaza de España, train station and close to the historic center was ideal. The design of the hotel was very nice. The room was beautiful, large and comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Very close to El Corte Ingles and Zara, as well. The room cooling was set so that you could not go below 74F. I had two burned out bulbs in the room which I reported each day for four days and the technical staff never bathered to come and replace them. The front desk staff was equally frustrated with this inattention. The hallway lights turn on as you walk by but some times you had to walk in the dark for a while before the lights would come on. |
