Fantastic location everything within walking distance. Staff really helpful and spoke good english. Excellent breakfast. Two swimming pools, very welcome after a day of city sightseeing. Jazz Club on 7th floor great but could be noisy for rooms on the upper floors. Coffee machines in breakfast room, took ages and then you only got half a cup! |

We liked the hotel very much. The Staff were pleasant and the rooms were comfortable. Shops and restaurants were in close walking distance. There is a lot to do in Palma and it was not necessary to use any transport, except on the odd occasion - you can walk everywhere from the hotel. The jazz club was superb and the atmosphere very friendly. A great hotel! |

The staff were incredibly helpful and th elocation of the hotel was excellent. Both the pools were an added bonus in the city centre. |

Good access from the airport (less than 20 euro by taxi), close enough to the main area and cathedral (5 minuts walk?), staffs all can speak English and friendly, morning buffe was great. Quiet area, enough facilities like pools and gyms... Maybe we are unlucky, but from the first day, we found many ants walking around everywhere including bathrooms and on the bad (small tiny black ones). The second day, we left a glass of juice on the side table for maybe 30 minutes, then we found around 10 ants floating on the surface, and a long line was waiting. Then, I am not sure if we dropped something or spilt something, but found one side of the bed was filled with ants. They changed the room for us, but that was a scary memory.... even though it was a nice hotel, I am not feeling like staying there again. |

Location was great for restaurant, bars and beach. Breakfast was superb. Jazz club food was great but quite expensive. Had to pay extra for sea view - view was of trees.Bar prices very high.Air conditioning not fully working and noisy. |

I liked the atmosphare in the room, that the hotel was so central in the city and that I could see the sea. It was also quiet, and we loved the terrasse on the top floor. |

J'ai apprécié le calme, malgré le fait d'être en ville. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec beaucoup de choix. J'avais demandé à être révéillé à 5 heures du matin, ce qui n'a pas été fait. |

Att hotellet låg centralt. Fräscht och mycket trevligt med takterass och pool. Bakgården var trist. Stolarna var ofräscha. Omysigt. Det stod lite solstolar här och där. Borde fixas upp med trevliga grupper att sitta i,lite fina växter så det blir en mysig bakgård. |

Das Wetter. Tiefgarage ist sehr teuer geworden: vor wenigen Jahren noch 10 Euro pro Tag, jetzt 15 eur plus Tax = 16 Euro pro Tag! Die Parkplätze sind dafür so klein, dass es kaum Fahzeuge gibt, die darauf passen (Z.B. Mietwagen Ford Focus steht hinten und vorne je 20 cm über ...). |

Läget, ok renlighet,trevlig personal I receptionen Utlovad spa och behandligar.Fanns ej personal men tillkallades dagen efter. Saunan var riktgt ruffig, skulle behöva renoveras!Skulle inte sätta min fot där! Jazzclubben på taket gick inte att gå in I då det luktade som en jätteaskkopp där. När vi kom hem på em stod vår hotelldörr helt öppen. Städpersonalen måste glömt stänga dörren!!! Tur inget blev stulet! |

Sentralt beliggende. Et trygt sted å bo og hyggelig personale. Godt renhold på rommet. Middagen i restauranten (3 retter). Dyrt og ikke noen gourmetmat.(frosne grønnsaker og is med isflak til dessert). Burde være valgfritt om en ønsker en 3-retters middag eller kun en hovedrett. |
