The locations is great. We did not avail of the restaurant which was a buffet. The indoor pool was great especially as the weather wasnt great while we were there. The staff are lovely and look after us well. When we arrived booking.com had not passed on our booking to the hotel but the manager did not make a fuss about it and told us not to worry. We were checked in within 10 mins. The entertainment wasnt great but I do think that was down to the time of year. For the amount we paid I thought it was great value for money, basic and clean. Location was great. |

we were on a hen weekend and we had no complaints (although we were respectful of other guests) and staff made us feel very welcome x lack of sun beds and space round the pool |

position was very good, very central not really fair to judge as the hotel was closing for the winter the week we stayed so nothing much was happening except clearing up |

The location. The beach is a few minutes walk away and near enough to the night life to enjoy it but hotel still quiet in its location so sleep was not a problem. Not the hotel itself but one member of staff (of the 3 we dealt with) was unhelpful. |

Trevlig personal.Fina rum.Handdukar byttes dagligen. Vi åt frukost 1 enda morgon och inte mer.Den var jättedyr och det var uselt urval.En natt väcktes vi av att någon låste upp vår dörr och kom in,för att sedan snabbt gå ut igen.otäckt! |

De ligging ten opzichte van strand en uitgaansmogelijkheden is zeer goed en net buiten de luidruchtige buurt. Er is een afgesloten parking die enkel door de gasten kan worden gebruikt. Goede uitvalsbasis wegens de ligging van Palma Nova. Ontbijt voldoende...behalve de warme? gerechten. Een echt appartementenhotel, maar ook niet meer dan dat. Internet mogelijkheid. Weinig of geen isolatie en daardoor veel hinder van het geluid van het verplaatsen van stoelen, spoelen van toiletten etc. van de aangrenzende kamers. Luidruchtige gasten, die zich zelfs vulgair gedragen, vooral 's nachts, maar ook overdag. Diner zeer beperkt maar vooral te koud. Zwembad en kamers toe aan een serieus onderhoud. |

Henkilökunta oli iloinen ja ystävällinen sekä hotelllin yleinen siisteys oli hyvä. Päivitäinen huonesiivous oli kehnoa esim.lattioita ei tunnuttu siivoavan ollenkaan sekä hotellin ruoka ....could be better. |

Bine plasat, servicii de masa si cazare bune. Receptionerii ar trebui sa fie mai bine informati atunci cand se apeleaza le ei pentru realizarea unor rezervari la diferite activitati (excursii acvariu Palma, bilete la western waterpark). |

Placeringen er god, tæt på lækker sandstrand. Jeg vil bestemt ikke anbefale børnefamilier dette hotel, da det er fyldt med fulde tenagere og massere af larm om aftenen og natten. Børnefamilier og fulde teanager skal ikke blandes, dvs bo side om side. |

jeg syndes at hotelet var godt til prisen..... man kunne godt forbedre værlser da de var rimelig slitte, og måske have en afdeling for de unge, der var meget lam om aften/natten ....det stod ingen steder at det var et ungdoms og famile hotel, dette burdes nok nævnes,, |

Suuri parveke oli tosi hyvä asia. Henkilökunta oli ihan ok ja heidän asiakaspalvelunsa oli ystävällistä. Joka ilta oli iltaohjelmaa, ja se siinä oli negatiivista, että jos vaikka ei ollut enää ihmisiä paikalla ohjelman loputtua, niin musiikki jätettiin soimaan stereoista riippumatta, oliko yleisöä enää paikalla vai ei. Hiljaisuus oli kuitenkin ok eli 24.00. |

Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående. Hjälpsamma. Närheten till stand och restauranger. IInhängnad parkeringsplats. Att det fann trådlöstnätverk som fungerade bra. Kvaliteten på frukosten. Utbudet på menyn till middag. Önskat trådlöst på rummet. Väldigt mycket ljud på kvällen från underhållningen.. |
