The hotel had efficient staff , who had command on several languages , as one might suspect from a hotel largely catering to business clients as well as well as tourists. The room was very good , although the views at the back of the hotel are somewhat lacklustre. Breakfast was very good, as were all the facilities, although the hotel had a somewhat cold feel. The hotel is a reasonable walk from the old town ,and in winter this might be a problem, as buses and taxis seem to dispear quite early in the evening |

The hotel had a restaurant (needed because there weren't many near by). The front desk staff were really nice and helpful. I found the room to be much too small for a family of four. I also found the room to be dark and the air to be stagnant. Perhaps we received this set up because we went during the San Fermin festival. |

Location was pretty good - walking distance to the old town etc Pretty expensive for what it is ... went during "running of the bulls" though so that explains it a little |

It is relatively close to the public bus stops which helps in trying to get to the down town. The parking garage helps during Festival time. If public transportation doesn't bother you, then it's a good location. If you want to walk to downtown, it is a bit far. All in all, it was way overpriced for the value of the hotel and it's location; however, because it was during the Festival, I don't think their pricing was any different from the other hotels in the area. Didn't like that breakfast was not included in the high price. Note that we stayed during the San Fermin Festival and expected high prices, but thought breakfast would be a given. We travel a lot and not many hotels charge for breakfast, so this was a let down being it was a bit far from downtown, and there were charges for parking in their garage. |

Si no te apartas, no cabes. Si el arquitecto se duchase....... |
