I liked the convenience of location to the old town area. The nights were also very quiet which was important to me. My window was partially blocked due to improvements being made on the front terraces. So my terrace was inaccessible and I could not see out a window. |

The location was good. I liked the TV service in general and the ease of browsing and choosing films. The room we stayed in looked tired and dated. The veil curtain was dirty as was the window behind it. The balcony hadn't been cleaned. The room was a twin rather than the double booked. No body offered to carry our luggage. There was a wedding reception in the foyer of the hotel which expanded into the bar area. As a result we received surly service when looking for a quiet beer. The gym was dark, cluttered, and poorly ventilated. It was a the end of a route that from the entrance was tatty and again dark, not in the least conducive to exercise. WIFI costs extra although it can be included in the price of the room, which these days you get free even in 1 star hotels. |

The location is central to the old centre of Pamplona. The front of the hotel was under construction so you could not open the window in our room. Also the breakfast is expensive (€18 per person) but has a good selection of food. |

There is not a better placed hotel for San Fermen. The staff was couteous and if you made an effort, they did too:) The price was in the high range but you simply cannot beat the location. Save money and be 10-15 min by bus 10 by taxi or be where all the great parts of the celebration take place... |

lo mejor del hotel su ubicacion en el centro de la ciudad junto a la zona antigua las habitaciones son muy viejas, la bañera tiene la ducha de pared. el desayuno es bastante malo, el zumo malisimo. nos querian hacer pagar todo un dia de parking por dejar el coche 2 horas despues de las 12 cuando el dia antes llegamos a las 14.00 al hotel y con un aparcamiento gratis delante de recepcion casi vacio (segun recepcion era casi imposible encontrar sitio fuera...) |

El cambio de habitaión tras reclamación. La proximidad al evento al que acudía y lo céntrico del mismo. Inicialmente nos dieron una habitación que parecía una cárcel, pasando tras la correspondiete reclamación a una hebitación claramente mejor, aspecto que se podrí habe evitado, existiendo como tal, habitacions libres. |
