Room was fine, parking easy. Easy walk into the old town. The noise from the traffic outside was pretty bad. If you need a quiet place to sleep, don't stay here. |

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was walking distance from the train station. Walking distance to the centre of town and the old town. Very clean and good value for money. Free bike hire and a cafe adjoining for breakfats and dinner which also had wifi. Would definitely stay again |

Clean, efficient and modern. Just right for a weekend stay. Lively bar with good food and snacks was appreciated after late arrival. Room was a bit cold. All marble flooring, a rug or other flooring would have been appr.eciated |

very modern hotel and a correct price the morning we wanted to take breakfast there were quite a number of people in the room smoking and drinking beer (in fact the breakfast room looked more like a bar). So we didn't eat there. |

Staff were friendly, room was very clean, and the hotel was airy and pleasant to stay in. Quiet residential area. A fairly long walk from town centre, but a pleasant walk nonetheless |

Excellent location, i.e. on walking distance from "old" city centre. Very good price/quality ratio. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. |

Nice small hotel about 15 walking minutes from the city center. The garage is easily accessible from an elevator and the staff is very friendly. If you go by car and get lost, head for the train station, you'll find it then. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are not so interesting |

The attached restaurant had excellent food but slow service. The hotel was clean but basic. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was further from the center of town than expected. It took at least 20 minutes to walk to the outer edge of the old town. It would take about half an hour to get to most sights. The hotel is only convenient for people using the train station. The rooms were not well furnished- we did not have any place to put our clothes- no shelves, only 3 hangers. |

We visited the Sanfermin festival and the hotel was perfectly located. Within walking distance for the running of the bulls and the bull fights, but not in the crowdy, noisy area. The bus and train stations are also within walking distance. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again. |

quite pasrt of the town, downtown is a 10minute walk. enjoyed the view of the wall, not. rooms were fine and the receptionist was helpful and polite. staff should not assume that guest(s) know what floor the hotel parking is located. i had to make two trips to the garage below |

The location. It was quiet, had easy access to the bus system and many things were within walking distance. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. We also appreciated internet access. The rooms had no clock, no kleenex, and very small soap, which disappeared after one or two showers! A few amenities would have made it a little nicer. |

Modern hotel in modern part of town with really good cafe/restaurant attached - try the menu del dia. Only 15 min walk to old town, and great to have free secure parking for the motorbike. A bit of a trek to the old town in the heat. |

Better than (some) reviews indicated. At the price we paid this was a real bargain. Room comfortable, parking in garage despite website actually free - and to the gentleman who thought the entrance tight - try parking beneath a high rise on Gibraltar!!!!! - staff helpful, access to old town a genuine ten minute walk, food very peasant (ie simple) but very - very - reasonable. We are going back! Bathrooms need attention. One had no curtain so using shower over bath difficult; the other had a curtain around a shower tray (no bath) but so arranged as to direct much of the water on to the floor! |

The hotel is some 10 minutes walk from the free public elevator to the old town. Rooms are not so big but very good: bed and shower (at least the water flow!) of first class, noise from side street irrelevant. The Internet was supposed to be working everywhere, but in fact it did only in the lobby, and one night not even there. |

The bar / resturant at the hotel was not good. The slope into the car park was very slippery and is a health and safety risk |
