location By 3pm every afternoon the pool side was in shade restricting sunbathing. Pool water was very cold. |

Quiet area near to the sea and airport This is a timeshare resort and you are put under pressure to spend time (half a day) being sold the idea. The reception staff had difficulty adding up simple bills,and they did not even ask if our stay had been alright. If you go to this resort then be prepared to say no to the sales staff and enjoy your holiday |

The staff was very nice and helpfull at anytime. What we did not like, was the location. Nights were very noisy with an endless of coaches comings and goings, as well as the trucks of rubbish gathering at 3:00 am !!! We can say that we had not enough rest. |

The room and hotel area was quiet,clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpfull and efficient. The breakfast and lunch menu was a bit limited. No internet connection in the room. |

Le studio bien équipé; la proximité des golfs - Hôtel trop éloigné de tout (17 kms de las Américas que ledépliant assuré proche)-la médiocrité de la plage (petite ave 4 malheureux parasols, un peu de sable et des cailloux)-côte très ventée (à 6 kms au sud d'un spot réputé de kite surf et de windsurf);- 1 piscine certes grande mais entourée par les studios et chaises longues en rang comme une boite à sardine, les uns sur les autres) |

goed appartement met echt alles erop en eraan. Er word aangegeven dat er 4 keer per week wordt schoongemaakt echter was dit in 8 dagen maar 1 keer. Erg slecht. 2 keer zelf beneden handdoeken en toiletpapier moeten halen..Verder is de ligging niet echt mooi. Geen strand in de buurt (op loopafstand in ieder geval) |

At det var stilt og rolig hele tiden, ikke noe bråk fra hverken basseng eller restaurant. Flyene trakk litt ned ifht. stillheten, da! |

Замечательный тихий отель близко от аэропорта, стандатные апартаменты - двухкомнатная квартира с большой лоджией. Зеленая территория. Для нашего путешествия (нужно было переночевать несколько ночей до перехода на Гран Канарию) подходил идеально. Единственный минус - нет выхода к морю (но есть вид на море почти из всех номеров) и в номере есть муравьи, но их почти не видно и жить они не мешают :) |
